Great Gig Bag for Multiple Instruments
I looked for a long time to find a wheeled gear bag that would hold multiple instruments, stand vertically on its own without tipping over, and would have a zip-open lid AND a vertical zipper so it can be loaded from the top as well as the side. This Gator bag has all that, and has heavy duty zippers and multiple sturdy handles, as well as interior straps and some side padding. I have been able to carry all together: a ukulele, small dulcimer, and Ban-Jammer--all in soft cases, and a larger dulcimer without case. It is not large enough to carry a hammered dulcimer, however. The lid has its own zippered compartment and provides handy storage for smaller items like picks, tuners, capos, recorders, pens and paper. The 2 side pockets (8" x 23")could be improved by having a D-shaped zipper that would allow you to insert extra-long items that would protrude out the top of the side pockets. They are good, however for carrying compact folded music stands and umbrellas, long skinny instruments like flutes and whistles, as well as mics and cables. It would be nice if there were a zippered pocket on this bag big enough to hold sheet music. The front, bottom, zippered pocket would be a good place for that, but the one that's there is not large enough. The sturdy wheels carry the bag easily over curbs and across thresholds. The curved handle provides a place to hang a tote bag of music, a small folding stool and/or another small instrument. The handles on the bag are placed exactly where they need to be to make it easy to lift the bag and slide it into a vehicle wheels first, or to place it upright in a van (it will need to be secured if upright). Its small footprint takes up much less room in hallways, instruction areas, and concert set-ups than the larger shopping carts or beach carts, etc. that many others with multiple instruments use. The bag also protects your gear while loading your vehicle if it's raining lightly--haven't tried it in a downpour, yet! I'm so glad that I located this bag; it's been the best solution for easily moved, easily stowed, gear and instrument storage.

Great for hauling photo studio gear too!
I looked around for a LONG time for a decent bag to haul my photo studio gear on the road. This thing resembles an over-sized golf-bag that fully closes. It's basically a well made bag mounted to a 2-wheel dolly made from 3/4" tube steel. The wheels look like XL "rollerblade" wheels. Two background stands (36" high collapsed), two flash stands (44" high collapsed), two umbrellas, backdrop, plus extension chords, clamps, etc. You could fit the flash heads in the bag as well, but not with a lot of padding. I put the flash heads and reflectors in a padded Pelican case. There's still more room in the bag, so I could actually fit four more stands. I use one side pocket for the extension chords, another for clamps and clips, another for tape and supplies, and the top pocket for notepads, pens, etc. The only thing that will not fit inside is the 3-piece backdrop crosspiece. The rear outside of the bag has two straps. I Velcro the three sections together and use these two straps to secure them. The sections are protected by the steel tubing of the cart section. Try and keep the heavier stuff in the bottom of the bag. It's tall, so if you get too top heavy it will tip while you move it. It's perfect for my remote photo shoots. You have plenty of choices if you have to pick the bag up. There are two large handles, plus the steel base and top of the cart can also be used as handles. I have about 45 lbs of stuff in the bag and can pick it up and put it in the back of my Honda Pilot easily. The handles are well placed and reinforced, and the cart acts as support for the base of the bag while horizontal. The only thing I wish it had was wheel locks. While horizontal, the bag will roll around the back of your vehicle unless you secure it.

Best drum hardware bag - PERIOD
This is simply the best hardware bag I've ever used. I've tried a Kaces bag that gave up on me after a year's use and then went cheap and went to Academy sporting goods and bought a Plano brand pastic trunk/case with wheels, but that only lasted me about a year and half before the wheels started breaking off. I finally decided to use some gig money and got this guy. WOW. I was a little worried that after starting to stack, or more like stand up my stands in the bag that it was going to tip over because it leans back. Nope. With all my stands, attachments, bags and other misc hardware, this stand stands straight up and rolls so easily. Now I don't have to keep bending over to pack my stands after a gig, I can just start stading them up in this stand-up bag. All of the pockets are very handy and the zippers appear/feel to be quite sturdy. There are even some straps on the back side where I place my rolled-up rug. All-in-all, this bag is everything I had hoped for and then some. Free shipping is also great from Amazon, and it arrived when they said it would...which was just in time for a Friday night gig. I recommend any drummer looking for a more sturdy, more reliable hardware bag to give this one a shot. I doubt anyone could be disappoinged with this.

this was a replacement for a similar mobile hardware bag, its well built heavy material with industrial style zippers and the skateboard style wheels make it easy to roll the heavy hardware, glad Amazon had a replacement, these are difficult to find.... highly recommended!
