You can buy nipple replacements from Podee's website.

you'd just need to make a bigger hold in the nipple for the cereal, providing it's not too thick.

Q: Can you attach this feeding straw to Dr. Brown's 8 oz bottle?

Yes it will. The only problem is the straw doesn't go all the way to the bottom. So it will leave about 1 oz of fluid left in the bottle.

Q: Is this system compatible with breast milk?

Yes but it does not work. It works if the child is older because you have to suck very hard for the milk to come through the tube. By the time your child can do that they already out grew a bottle. I would not recommend this purchase it doesn't work.
