Outstanding product. Would only like to see more supplemental pans added to the line.

The only shortcoming was that it didn't have a see-through Glass Lid 🙁

This was a present for my wife and she loves it. Great heat distribution and the right size for many of the things she makes. Very happy with it.

A great stovetop-to-oven pan, and you can put it in the dishwasher when you’re done.

This is the perfect set, plan on using it you many years.

I noticed right away this is nothing like cooking on other dutch ovens. The hamburger I first browned in it was completely evenly browning. Nothing burning or overcooking and the meat rolled on the super slick surface. It actually had a different texture in appearance from gliding over and over being stirred from time to time. I've since made soups and cooked a small roast. It is almost like the food is floating on a cloud as it cooks so evenly and smoothly. I just love this so much. I don't know why I have never tried one before, we have several AllClad and Cuisinart pots and pans. Just nothing like this. They do have this at Williams Sonoma so if you use WS cc reward points a great opportunity to use them or create more. The handle looks actually like fine craftmanship forge work. It's thick and scrolled and just gorgeous as well as comfy. The lid has a nice weight to it and the whole unit comes out of a dishwasher gleaming. I am very proud of this and excited about cooking in it!

As our pots and pans are getting a little “old,” we’ve been slowly replacing them. I was offered and took this one. From a cooking standpoint, this Dutch oven performs great. My husband made a pot roast in it by searing the roast on the stove directly in this Dutch oven, removed the roast and sautéed some onions, added flour to make a roux, whisked in seasoning and water to make a sauce, added potatoes & carrots, sat the roast on top of those, put on the lid, and placed it right into the oven. After 4 hours in the oven, we had a tender roast with the all of the flavor that searing provides and seasoned in flavorful gravy, with no other pots or pans needed. When searing at a the highest burner setting, the Dutch oven bottom didn't warp or have hot-spots and the roast didn't stick at all and had an even browned crust on all sides. The lid fit snug and kept the moisture in the pot throughout the 4 hours in the oven. Finally, it looks outstanding, almost to the point where I don't want to use it because I want it to stay looking nice. Highly recommend!
