You never know when you're going to get a flat tire. After a fright of being stranded away from my doctor's appointment, and one of the office staff at work saving the day by letting me use their portable car tire air compressor, I decided that this little guy would become an essential traveling friend for my car for all the days to come. You literally just turn your car on, plug it in to our car outlet, and attach the air compressor hose to your tire. It does the job splendidly. There is a large, bright light on the air compressor, allowing one to inflate tires in the dark if need be. This air compressor is larger than a standard sized book, but smaller than the average college textbook, and the cord folds up inside the air compressor very nicely, keeping the wires organized and untangled, and the hose hooks nicely onto the side of the air compressor keeping it free of kinks in storage. The size makes it very easy for me to store it in the trunk of my car, and the design makes me feel comforted that it will not get damaged in the trunk of my car, where I store 101 other things. I would recommend to everybody who owns a car!

This air compressor is perfect for my car. Easily stored in my trunk and you simply program the recommended PSI for your tires and the pump stops pumping when the programmed PSI is reached. My tires take 33 PSI. It was great having it on a long trip because my tire pressure light illuminated indicating low tire pressure when driving on the highway. We just stopped at the next gas station, which did NOT have an air pump, and I simply added more air to my tires with this air compressor. Also with the coronavirus pandemic and stay-at-home orders our cars have been sitting in the driveway for months. I went to use my car the other day and the low tire pressure light came on. No problem with this product! Highly recommend it.

I found 2 problems with this machine. The first is that the air hose is too short. I have 16" tires and if the valve stem is on the upper part of the tire when the car is parked, the inflator can't reach the ground so you have to hold it. The second is the psi readout is different on the inflator and on my digital tire pressure gauge. My guage has always matched up with the pay air pumps at several convenience stores i frequent so I have to believe that it's the inflators gauge that is off. It' s off by 1.5 lbs. so I just have to take that into consideration when I use the pump. The item is well made and compact so I am keeping it.

I had to replace my unit within a month under the Amazon return/replace period. The compressor has a handy setting for turning off the unit when a specified PSI is reached. The unit seemingly retains the setting between uses. However one time it didn't. I had it set for 44psi, but it lost the setting and filled the tire to nearly 60psi. The compressor caught my attention when it suddenly made a banging noise and broke.So, several disappointments here. Not only did it lose the preset (after initially holding it between uses) it blew up rather than shutdown at its psi limit.Furthermore, the psi gauge appears to be off. It was several lbs different than my handheld gauge. Judging from other reviews it may this compressor that is reading wrong.

I found that this is an easy pump to use. I like the feature that allows you to put in the correct PSI. The only part I didn't like was where you store the power cord. It needs to be a little bit bigger. I would recommend this pump.

This is a wonderful pump while it lasts. My first unit was DOA. The replacement lasted about 10 months with light use. The replacement sprung a leak while I was trying to get 39 psi on my car tire.

I used it to top off the air in the tires of a couple of cars and it works well for that purpose. It's a bit noisy, but no big deal. I routed the cord through the driver's front door to reach the tires on that side and then I routed the cord out the passenger side door to reach the tires on the other side.There was one psi difference between this pump and a digital tire gauge I had. I don't know which was more exact.

It's easy to use and it saves you from driving around looking for the nearest station that has a working air pump....do it yourself with this portable air tire compressor... preset it to the pounds pressure and it will do the rest...makes a great gift for an affordable price.
