I love the flavor and the texture. It makes my diet much more interesting and satisfying. The lentils are medium in oxalates and the cauliflower is low in oxalates. I eat it often with my evening meal along with my meat and vegetables. I feel more satisfied when I do and I don't feel so deprived. I try to remember to drink a glass of water before starting the meal and a glass after my meal to help my body process the oxalates. I also use enzymes to assist my digestion.

Perfection and tastes and cooks up great
Wow, was I surprised. Best, best best ever. I have cooked this pasta in a number of dishes and it tastes better than any gluten pasta I've had. I'll be back to stock up on this one. Finally found the one that we can eat, cooks up well and tastes amazing.

I actually like this better than the real stuff.Has a lot of texture. Made spaghetti sauce and WOW.And.. talk about a "cleanse" the next morning...

Can’t tell it’s grain free!
Absolutely love this product! I cook a bit longer, but still al dente. No one can tell it’s grain free!
