After some incidents with some neighborhood kids, my wife and I decided to set up some lighting near our porch that wasn't excessively obtrusive or obnoxious like security lights can be. So - we bought two of these and set them up. Now whenever anyone approaches our door at night when she likes to vape, it lights up and she can see clearly who is there.Fair note, I did own a similar set of lights that we bought from another seller, but the other set didn't survive a week of Virginia winter. I think the other one had moisture get in and freeze and caused it to fail. We've had several days of rain then really cold temperatures ( in the teens ) followed by rain and then cold again - and these guys survived without a hitch! We will be ordering more to put in our back yard too! :)Pros:+ Comes with screws to mount to home.+ Really bright and illuminates very well for it's size.+ Large enough to be functional, small enough not to be an eyesore.+ Enables us to be able to walk through our yard at night ( which we've nicknamed Dagobah since it's become so muddy! )+ Handles cold and rain very well ( unlike that OTHER brand )+ Cost less that that other one we bought a year ago.+ No need to have an electrician wire it up.CONS:- Requires sunlight to recharge, so if you have a few cloudy days - might take a sunny day to fully recharge, but ours don't get too much use outside of us coming home at night. So - it's not really a con since I don't have to replace batteries and it only turns on with the mode you set it to.

I've looked for years for solar lights that can provide bright light after a typical overcast day in the Pacific Northwest. I am beyond thrilled with these lights. Even after an overcast/rainy day, I can get at least four solid hours of maximum brightness out of these lights. If I use the motion activated modes (dim to bright, or off to bright) there is still charge the next morning. They are amazingly compact and are easy to mount, which makes them much more versatile than light stakes. I wish I could take pictures that do them justice, but as you can see, when they're in 'bright' mode my camera just isn't up to the challenge!

Love these lights they work great in all modes and the batteries are easy to change if they ever get used up. The way the batteries are installed means a lot to me because some products I've seen can't be changed without destroying something.

I bought these for the dark areas in the yard and proceeded to give them as much sunlight as possible to ensure they work by evening. First evening they all came on, extremely bright but the next evening only one came on the othersshowed a red light at the top which I assumes means it needs charging? Since there were no instructions with the item I am not sure. There are good features like the extreme brightness when they do work, the little button at the top that allows several brightness levels and the ease of installation. I had new ones shipped from the Company and sadly they worked the same way. Right now only one works even though they were all exposed to the same sunlight for the same amount of time. One thing I noticed was that they hardly work when it rains and I have seen condensation on many occasions. I tried to like them because they are a lot brighter than some I have seen but they simply did not work for me.

The lights work perfectly, they're bright enough to light up about 6 feet but not too bright so it doesn't disturb the neighbors.My only issue is the sticky tape isn't very durable, it doesn't last through the night. I have already ordered 3m sticky tape to get it to securely attach to my house.Other than that they're great!

These things really put out some light for their size. They work great and without fail.

I purchased these to light up the area around the grill. Only one worked correctly upon arrival this summer, and by the time it got dark enough out in the evening to use them both of the pair had quit working. This is a great idea, but made with the typical made in Red China quality control.

So far we are very happy with these. I bought 3 packs of 2, they all charged even on cloudy days, from inside the house, through a window (true story) and when set to motion detection come on and shine a nice bright light. All the settings seem to work great. And they are light weight and have been easy to install where I needed them. Thank you! My back door and barn door now have light again, when I need it!
