Product was attractive,sturdy, and as advertised however I have an 11lb miniature dachshund who pulls like a sled dog and the harness does NOT fit her barrel chest and skinny body properly. The harness is too short and therefore when the leash is attached from the front (which is the only way to stop the pulling) it creates a gap and she pull one of her legs out. After two weeks of hooking it to the ring on her back (top side of the harness) all the hair was rubbed off her neck and chest from her still pulling.**UPDATE**The seller was very kind and reached out to me to try and resolve the issue. I sent photos of the improper fit and they offered to refund me the money for the harness. Even though this product didn't work for me, I would purchase other products from this seller knowing that they give great, timely customer service!

I have five pit bulls ranging from 60 lbs to 105 lbs. The challenge with them has always been that they are so strong and if there is a need to pull them along against their will they usually won. They are super sweet but in their moments they can be stubborn.I have spent HUNDREDS on their harnesses trying to find the right fit, comfort, and the ability to pull them along effortlessly if they are determined not to go.This harness is a God send. The large fits my three dogs ranging from 60 to 85 pounds and the xl fits my two that are between 85 and 105.The best part for me is the leash prong on top AND underneath so I use leashes with two ends allowing me to walk them with better ease since the pull weight is divided by two. Hope this makes sense.Also these pups were able to slip out of other harnesses when they pulled back but this harness wraps around shoulders preventing that from happening.Love love love these harnesses and so happy the money wasted stops here!!!I bought one color for each of my dogs :)

Adjusts at the neck and it adjusts at the chest so it can fit pup perfect! My black and white Goldendoodle pictured here is 5 mo old and 35 lbs. wearing a medium size. It still has plenty of room to expand for her continued growth. If your dog pulls this harness DOES NOT STOP PULLING. It’s just pretty and comfortable.

I purchased the size small for my miniature poodle that currently has a 12" neck measurement and 17.5" chest measurement. There are so many harnesses on Amazon that are extremely similar to this one but I chose to go with this one because I loved the color options (on top of all the similar options it shares with the other available harnesses on Amazon). I immediately took my 6 month old pup on a walk with my 5 year old and 1.5 year old and this one was so much nicer than what we had. She wasn't trying to bite it to get it off and is actually sleeping in it right now. We left it on after the walk just to get her used to the feel of it. I'm really happy with the quality and colors and the reflective thread is really really reflective. I absolutely love that about it. I highly recommend this harness.

I looked at three different models from PHOEPET, the difference was in how many buckles were at the neck area. This one has ONE buckle at the right shoulder; the others have TWO buckles, or NO buckles. I chose this one over the others because a) I did not want to have to pass the NO buckle harness over my dog's head, and b) disconnecting both sides seems unnecessary, therefore another buckle was an extra failure point (stitching).Pros: 1) good fit and finish (stitching is neat and tidy), 2) easy to adjust, 3) good finish on the metal hardware, and 4) reflective trim (safety).Cons: none

I might be biased because I purchased this harness after having a good experience from the previous version of the same product. This one is even better than the one we had - this new version doesn’t have to go through the puppy’s head thanks to the added buckle around the neck part. It is quite durable, prettier than last year’s product. My puppy is currently wearing size small (she’s an almost 4-month old border collie, weighing 21 lbs). I plan to buy a medium size in a month or so as she’s growing. When she was 8 weeks old, the same small size was big for her (we adjusted it to the smallest and still enough room when she weighed about 9 lbs).The handle of the back is quite useful when picking (rescuing) her up from all kinds of odd places (puppies are adventurous) and also when controlling her from occasional lunges. Sometimes she wears the harness all day long, and it doesn’t seem to bother her.Overall, it’s a great harness. You will have to measure the neck and girth of your dog to figure out the right size - I did but forgot the numbers.

Love the fit on this harness, exactly as described on the web page. But, it is not as sturdy as I would have wanted. Once I adjusted the neck and body the straps needed trimming and once trimmed they have frayed to the point that the harness will become unusable fairly soon. After writing this review I was contacted by the business owner offering to make things right, I am very pleased with this response and I’m amending my rating of this business.

This is the first and only harness my Schnauzer can’t back out of. Love the colors...fits as advertised.
