A lot of untaught history!
This book contained alot of history that I was relatively unfamiliar with. I also feel as though it was written in an unbiased way. It's difficult not to feel the emotions that those involved may have felt.Since this is a politically charged topic, I can also see why it's not exactly taught with all its rich history, in the public schools. That's a shame too because those who break agreements and act unjustly should be exposed.

Best book!!
I'm an 11th grader and I was assigned a term paper that has to be 5-7 pages long. And I'm doing it on the Mexican American war and truly this book is the best you can buy. Like I bought so many books on the Mexican American and by far this Is the best one. So simple and straight to the point, it's truly perfect.

Very interesting and learned a lot from this paperback. I've never been very interested in history but this was a quick way to learn about the Mexican-American War.

Short
Very glossed over history. Something I'd expect in a high schoolers term paper. No battle details or interviews with soldiers

The Mexican American war
A very interesting book with details and pictures that seldom appear in other items since that war is almost unknown in Europe.
