Pre-pregnancy size 4-6 is size small, 8-10 is medium, 12-14 is large, 16-18 is XL, and 20-22 is XXL/2X. Also, consider your current hip measurement (stand with feet together and measure around fullest part of hips). Our size small best accommodates a hip measurement of 37-39 inches.
