Regular melatonin pills have never really worked for me, but this helps put me right to sleep! I usually just spray two sprays under my tongue and swallow. Good taste too.

I like that it’s NSF certified, it’s a great value per dose compared to even most other options, and you can sort of do less than one spray if you want even less, but that will be inconsistent Love the fast acting nature of spray, would prefer it used xylitol and had nothing acidic though so I could use it after brushing teeth

If you need a little help shutting down before sleep, this hits the spot. I use 3 sprays, 2 wasn’t quite enough. Haven’t had any side effects since, other than great sleep in all stages. Additionally, as a senior, this may increase your deep sleep.

Nasty! It taste so bad can't use it. Its disgusting! And it didn't even work.

This product is amazing and works so well! I’ve been using it to help fall asleep some nights when I have difficulty and literally after 15 min I am drowsy and fall into a nice slumber. I’ve been without it for several weeks and could really tell a difference on how long it takes me to fall asleep! I’ve tried other melatonin products and they’ve tasted bad, had funky smells, didn’t work and gave me weird dreams. This stuff is like magic honestly. Would highly recommend for some nights when it’s just tough for you to fall asleep!
