This product is a thicker moisturizer than I am used to using. The scent of it is not that appealing, but is neither pleasant or unpleasant. It applies easily and provides a thorough coating to the face and neck. Once on, my skin does not look or feel oily. I am especially focusing on using this product around my eyes. I have not used this long enough to be able to note differences in my skin, yet, but can come back and update this review with the long-term effects of this moisturizer. So far, I am pleased with the application process and the feel of it on my skin.UPDATE:I have grown to love this product more and more. I am not a fan of the scent of the product and my son tells me that it stinks (it doesn't, it's just not appealing); however, I have used this every night since receiving it the mail and have noticed a quite noticeable difference in my face, particularly around my eyes. When I smile, the lines around my eyes have been becoming more and more prominent. This has been agitating me and I have started to seek ways to help subdue that overall effect. Using this has drastically decreased the look of those wrinkles around my eyes and my face has been described as looking "softer." This product doesn't just advertise - it delvers. This is the real deal and follows through on its promises. I highly recommend.

I have dry sensitive skin. I wasn't a fan of this personally. I would say this is more for normal to combo skin types. It didn't provide enough moisture for me and I think it's too heavy for oily skin. I also didn't like the smell of this. It smells very dusty and I could smell it under my makeup and everything else I put on top of my face. I also am not a fan of the packaging. I could see an eye serum being packaged like this but not a face cream. I don't like that I have to grab the moisturizer out of the bowl with my finger. I find myself dipping into the bowl too many times because I can't get enough. However, I am a firm believer that as long as you use moisturizer everyday or as much as your skin needs, you will reduce the aging. Of course, you can never stop it. I would most definitely NOT pay $80 for this. I could see paying $40 or less. I would not recommend this, especially for the price.

I really wanted to like this night cream. I'm 30, but in my opinion it's never too early to start using anti aging beauty products, so I was really excited to try this one out. Unfortunately, it didn't work well for me for a few different reasons.First off, I used it for nearly a week to make sure that I got the full effects of it. The main thing I noticed is that it broke my skin out pretty terribly. I do have acne prone skin, and I have found that some products just aren't meant to be used on people with skin like mine. So if you deal with acne, I would not recommend using this on your skin.My second issue was that the cream was really thick. It just didn't spread very well and I felt like I had to use a lot of it in order to cover my face. I have very dry skin, and I felt like this cream just irritated it instead of hydrating it. So once again, if you have dry skin that is easily irritated, then I wouldn't recommend this for you.And finally, do not try to use this as a day cream. If you do, your face will look as if it is covered in glitter from the gold flecks in the cream. However, it did go nicely under my makeup and did help smooth out some of the lines under my eyes.So overall this product just isn't for me. I think that for someone who doesn't have sensitive skin it could work. It did make my skin feel soft and I do feel as if it helped smooth some of the lines on my face, but it's just not worth dealing with the acne and redness that it caused for me.

A 1.7 ounce jar of thick night cream which absorbs within a few minutes and does not leave a sticky or greasy residue on face or neck. It does a good job temporarily hydrating my skin which looks plumper and less dull. After a few days of regular use I have experienced no adverse skin reactions. A number of concerning components are not used. For example the cream contains no petroleum products, mineral oil, SLS, synthetic color or parabens.According to the ingredient list the cream does incorporate a number of natural oils and botanicals which is good but I am not a fan of the fragrance--thankfully it dissipates quickly. I use cotton swabs to remove the cream from the jar because oils, etc. on fingers may inadvertently contaminate the contents. Cruelty-free and made in USA.

This Golden Touch 24K Night Cream is truly a dream. It is creamy and smooth when applied to my clean, dry skin every night. I have noticed a more plumped and refreshed look to my skin when I wake in the morning. The cream sinks into my skin at night very quickly. I can apply the cream, brush my teeth and go to bed without worrying about it getting on my pillowcase. The presentation of the product is beautiful. Having this golden jar sitting on my vanity makes my decorators heart happy.I love this cream!

This comes in a fancy jar, but ½ of the container is lid.It's very thick and you get a thin layer on your finger when you dip it into the jar. The thin layer is fine because a little bit is fine to use and it will last longer. You'll want it to last as long as possible for the cost of it.It's not too greasy and does rub into the skin nicely.The smell though... it's just not pleasant. I don't care for the weird fragrance at all. It smells like dirty skin.I applied this under my eyes and around, but after having it on for a few minutes I noticed a very mild itchiness. This could be because my skin was dry and it was reacting to the moisturizing, but I've used other lotions on my face and not had that problem.Overall it's pretty pricey, kind of made my skin itch slightly, and I don't like the smell at all.
