Have been reading how important Magnesium is for my overall health. Also, that not all Magnesium is created equal. I think NOW brand is a reputable and trusted brand. Even though this caplet is a little on the large size (about 3/4 inch in length) it has a smooth coating and is very easy to swallow. I take one caplet twice a day with meals. I have had no issues with GI side effects.

Definitely see a difference with sleep. I'm actually taking half dose 2 hours before bed and seeing an improvement in sleep for sure. Less tossing and turning and no drowsiness.

I’m a lifelong insomniac. Even prescriptions didnt work. I had tried magnesium before and it would make me relax, but not sleep, and have intense digestive side effects. I was about to give up when I stumbled on some info about using the right kind of MG supplement. Apparently this is the one to take for proper sleep. I still have to take a unisom, but when I tell you I am sleeping through the night for the first time in my life, I am not exaggerating even a little bit. It has zero side effects, I’m not groggy and no digestive issues. I just take 2 pills 30min before bed with my Unisom (not the diphenhydramine Benedryl based one!) and boom I’m out and don’t wake till morning. I tried 1 tab and it doesn’t work but 2 is also recommended dosage. It blows my mind that no doctor ever mentioned this is the type of magnesium I need and I actually found out from a Dr. on YouTube. It’s ridiculous I’ve gone over 40yrs without proper sleep. I’m so amazed and happy. I also don’t need it every night now. I only take every other night. Be careful w/ low bp and heart conditions as it can lower/slow things a little too much. Seriously, ask your dr. And if they know nothing about it, find a better Dr.. Update: After only a few weeks of regular use of this magnesium supplement, I was able to cut out Unisom completely. Additionally I have been able to cut back on the supplement entirely only taking it a few times a week for maintenance. I sleep deeply almost every night. I’m still in a state of shock over how well this works and how I suffered for decades for no reason. I tried everything from diet changes, yoga, meditation, every OTC med., Edibles/CBD, prescriptions…I really thought I was a lost cause.
