Kensington PresentAir Pro Bluetooth Wireless Presenter with Red Laser Pointer and Media Controls (K72448US)

The bluetooth simply does not work. It shows up as a device, but trying to pair from my MacBook Pro fails. Tried multiple times. I have no problem pairing other devices from my Mac, so I know the Mac isn't the issue. Will try to connect to PC and Android and report later.Doing a presentation is stressful enough, and Bluetooth pairing should definitely not add additional stress for the presenter. Especially if you need to present from another person's device, knowing that the setup may or may not work.Really slick look, I love the laser, but as far as presentation goes, it is just not working for me yet. (Still trying to figure it out)P.S. I wrote a more detailed review with screenshots from my Mac, in the hope someone could help out. Unfortunately Amazon did not approve my review. I don't see how I did not adhere to the guidelines, but I guess it could be because the screenshots weren't showing the product itself, so I'm not including those this time.

Since I have a new Macbook pro with USB-C ports, I thought purchasing this would help out with not having to plug it into a USB adapter. WRONG. The device loses connection while presenting, and like others have mentioned here, if you're familiar with other presenter remotes, this one is super awkward to use. It's a bit too thin, and not clearly marked, so you find yourself frequently hitting the wrong button, because you aren't always sure what each one does.This one is going back.

I have used thos over and over hoping that I can get through one presentation without any hiccups. What I do like about the presenter is the ergonomics. It looks like I'm holding a pen and I like the feel in my hand. The presenter does go to sleep if you do not advance your slide or page. I became use to this and pressing the top button re-engage the connection with my computer. The o e thing I can not get past is, occasionally the presenter would jump slides or advance slides to the end of my presentation. Recovery would require me to reboot the cpu. I cannot afford this and that is why I will never use this device again.

Hard to hold as very thin and not easly heald. Buttons hard to identify in low light. Stops working on bluetooth after used for 10-15 Min. Blooth app shows device has beed deleted. Had to reinstall to get a few min of use and again it disconnected. No fix on web for it.Vendor provided refund quickly. Many thanks.Square Trade took more thana month to refund the extra warranty amount.Would not purchase again.

I thought this would be a slick presenter to use with my new tablet. I was wrong. The Bluetooth connected (like it was supposed to), but actually using the presenter during a presentation was hard! The pen format of the unit is just awkward. I pressed the wrong button several times. It was buggy also and caused multiple-slide advancements when I wasn't pressing a button.Some audiences think it's cute when the speaker has technology problems and it makes a professional more relatable. Well this thing made me less-professional.This thing is going in the junk drawer!

I doesn't work when you need it. I do a lot of training and was hoping to not have to plug another USB port with a clicker. This device works when you first start up your computer, but it just stops working at some point. I have tried in 3 different classes without luck.

I have tried this 4 times in presentations. It sucks. Just simply does not work. No manner of my trying to manipulate it makes it worth. I hope it works for others.

¡Excelente para las presentaciones! Básicamente lo utilizo para las presentaciones. No llevo laptop por su peso, por ello cambié a iPad, funciona muy bien. No he probado las demás funciones.
