DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I’m appalled at the overall rating of 4.9 stars but did not work at all!!! When the plugged it into my iPhone, my music continued to play through the iPhone speaker. The headphones did not connect to my phone at all. The appearance itself is very similar to the genuine apple product but you can feel the poor quality in the stiffness of the wires. The encasing around the cable even easily slips down to reveal that the appearance is just for show. Even so, all these qualities were to be expected in a cheap headphone but the biggest complaint is it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I tried to return/replace the product 5 days after receiving it but amazon now says it’s non-returnable. Complete waste of money, better off investing in the real deal.

I own a iPhone 7 and an iPhone 8 plus and the headphones didn't work in either phone. The iphone didn't register the headphones as headphones. Not to mention, the headphones were cheap and falling a part instantly (the casing around the plug came right off). You can't return the product either, so I'm left with garbage. Spend your money on something better.

I had high hopes for these even though I shouldn't have. I received my package to find the case to these headphones with a scratch on them. Ignoring that I open it up to find a "seemingly good" pair of earbuds. I, however, had plugged them into my phone to find that they do not work period. I tried multiple times plugging them in assuming I was doing something wrong, however, nothing worked. I felt the earbuds and examined them and they feel very low quality and you can tell they were definitely cheaply made but made to appear that they were made with quality. I decided to then examine the reviews for this product. There were supposedly 64 purchases and they had a 5 star rating. I decided to check them out and found that they were ALL 5 star reviews and were all made on the same day. Suspicious much? Id definitley not get these for they will scam you, and oh- no returns:)

I ordered three pair for myself and my kids and none of them worked. Plugged them in and the sound still came out of the phone speakers. Thank god for Amazons phenomenal return policy! They said I could keep them or throw them away and gave a full refund. So there is that...just save yourself the aggravation and don’t buy these.

I ordered 4 pairs of these plug in headphones....but they did not work-not one of them when plugged in. I left the seller feed back and they responded that you have to use bluetooth to activate them which I did and they do work that way. There was nothing in the listing that advertised them as bluetooth headphones and I'm not sure why anyone would want bluetooth headphones that plug in...seems to defeat the purpose of the bluetooth. I personally did not want bluetooth headphones and they do not accept returns. I also feel they are a bit cheap flimsy feeling and the sound quality is just average.

I have an IPhone XS Max and these did not work. It won’t offer an option to return or exchange either. Stay away!

They don't work! Plugged into iPhone and they're not recognized. Tried on another iPhone and same thing. Do NOT waste your money. My teenager ordered these... she'll read reviews now. And no return policy...
