These aren't the cheapest insoles around, but I think they are the best ones available if you are looking for a high level of arch support, and it's a lot less expensive than getting them professionally made to fit your needs.They last forever, as the support pieces are solid. It's great to be able to customise them to suit your comfort needs and the shoe. It's a bit of a shame to waste all the bits that you don't need, but I don't suppose there is any way around that. (I've found that you can sometimes pop a spare arch support under a normal insole and get it to stay put)In flat shoes I find that I can put a heel wedge underneath these and that is even more comfortable.

Thoroughly recommend. It gave me instant relief from recent hip replacement. No aching hips anymore
