Caster Chair Company Bently Swivel Tilt Caster Dining Arm Chair in Wheat Tweed Fabric (1 Chair)

Chairs have a firm, but comfortable cushion. They are well constructed, made in the USA and easy to assemble. I do not like buying furniture without first having had an opportunity to first put hands on the product to verify my comfort level with the decision to purchase. This time my wife and I are incredibly pleased with the swivel, tilt, caster armchairs. I feel comfortable making a positive recommendation of this product.

This chair is built perfectly. It assembled with ease and instructions were very clear. It is nicely balanced, therefore very comfortable. The color is exactly as pictured so it blends with our table. We are extremely satisfied.

These are chairs that are well built, look nice and are comfortable. I've had these for several months and have been very pleased with them.

Ordered chair to replace same type we had at our kitchen table for 30 years. Seem to be very good replacement. Does seem to be somewhat stuffy but I am sure they will settle in with use. They do roll a whole lot better than our old chairs.

This chair is beautiful but the seat is way too firm, the arms of the chair too low and is only partially comfortable for a few minutes.

First this is a difficult review to write. This chair is very well made. The upholstery is top notch, the assembly is perfect and the quality is outstanding. My issue is the comfort. First the chair is not adjustable in height and is too high for my purposes which is to use as a computer chair. When sitting I have to lean forward to reach the desk (I'm 5 ft 5 inches) Also the arms are low and not at all comfortable to use. The actual seat cushion is extremely firm and not at all giving like a memory foam seat. It may be fine for a short period of time but its very uncomfortable to use as a desk chair if you're planning to sit for any length of time. Also before I purchased it I questioned if the casters would work on carpeted flooring and was told by a reviewer they had no issue. Well here again that is a issue because I find it a bit difficult to move around. If that were the only problem it would be a minor one. I wasn't going to even write a review but I kept reading the outstanding reviews for this chair and kept wondering if I'm the only person who finds the chair uncomfortable. Again I want to reiterate what a quality (made in the USA) chair it is. However for me its not workable. Unfortunately even though I got the chair with free shipping, I have to pay to return it unless its damaged. The cost for that isn't practical so I'll find someone locally to buy it or donate it. Not sure if this review is helpful but I had to state my feelings for a rather costly mistake on my end.

You will never find a better chair for your dine in kitchen or dining. They roll, they tilt, the swivel. Well made and packaged. We could not be happier.
