Lenox 884696 2019 Baby's 1st Christmas Teddy Bear Ornament

I have purchased one of these keepsake rattle ornaments for every grandchild. When our third grandchild came this year, I started searching for his. The quality of the Lenox brand stands on it own and the design of this ornament is timeless. The price was comparable to what I could find on sale on other sites but I decided to order through Amazon for ease of purchase and return, if necessary. I was pleased with the purchase but surprised that it arrived in an Amazon box with no additional protective inside packing other than the Lenox box the ornament was secured within. There was no damage to the box or ornament so I suppose that was all that was needed. Very happy with my purchase. Can’t wait to have it on the tree for our newest little one.

Today is 12/16/19 and went to hang this ornament up and the string broke from the ornament was unable to glue it back on because no time to replace it at this point. Had to tie a ribbon around neck of ornament to be able to hang it. I would say this was poorly made. I have purchased lenox ornaments before and never had this happen.

This was a gift for my son and daughter-in-laws new baby boy. It looked great in the box and because of the brand I "assumed" it was a quality product. Sadly, it had a defect that made it unusable fpr a Christmas tree ornament. There was no hole or connector at the a top for the ribbon (which it came with) to go through, so there was no way to hang it. It is heavy, so couldn't even just balance it on a tree limb. I was so disappointed when they opened it. I wanted to sent it back, but my daughter-in-law still wanted to keep it. Won't order from this vendor again.

Second one I purchased for my grandchildren that both purchased homes. They love it.Perfect gift for a Christmas tree. They are so pretty and will remember the year they moved into their new homes.

I looked at a lot of these ornaments and everything looked tacky and I saw this one and it was on sale for $14, so why not?It is truly beautiful, and an ornament we will have in our home for the rest of the years to come. It looks far more expensive than it actually was, I'm shocked.

This was an amazing gift, especially for the price. My granddaughter loves Winnie the Pooh, so I searched for Winnie the Pooh Christmas ornaments and never expected to find a baby's first Christmas ornament for my 5 month old great granddaughter.My granddaughter was so thrilled and excited nice solid protective box so it will be safe year to year. And the quality is exquisite.It will definitely be a family heirloom for many Christmases to come, and I could never have afforded to pay full price with all the other Christmas gifts I needed to get, so it was truly an amazing gift.

Wire loop at the top which holds the ornament is extremely fragile. I have ordered 2 and BOTH broke either getting them out of the package or shortly thereafter before they we even hung on a tree.LENNOX needs to check their manufacturing quality control!!!!

this was so adorable BUT when i pulled this ornament out of packaging, the string ripped right off and it shattered on the floor into a million pieces. There went my daughters first ornament:(I was so upset. AND the only way to return is to send in the original product....how could I possibly do that when it's in literally the tiniest of fragments? Very disappointing and I expected more from this brand and product. Waste of 20 dollars.

Seller shipped me the item even tho I had immediately canceled it. So I had to do the return process. I sure am glad I did. This babys first Christmas rattle ornament was the size of a bic lighter. Really not with the price.
