Functional. I dress friends and family regularly in kimono for photographs and I never have enough tabi in all the sizes. These stretch decently to accommodate a wide range of feet however they are a bit sheer. I don't know if I recommend repeated uses but for my purposes they work.

I like to soft material. Also there being available. They are difficult to find in the USA

Material is very thin. These do jot have grip dots on the bottom.

I remove my shoes when I go into my house as do most guests. Having these socks in basket by door is very convenient. If I put “shoes” on inside the house, it’s either flip flops or slippers. These socks are perfect.
