Super easy assembly, high quality and very comfy
This is my second kneeling chair (the one I bought years ago from a different manufacturer broke last week). I love the design overall- it prevents back pain and allows me to sit at my standing height drafting table comfortably. I go between standing and sitting without having to adjust anything. This chair specifically is very well made- my previous one was a little rickety right from the beginning and it is obvious that the Dr. Lomilomi brand is higher quality. I like that the center post is a hydraulic adjustment rather than manual (my last was manual) and that the seat/knee padding is superbly deep and comfy. It has handles next to the seat which I didn't understand in the images but it actually makes the seat easier to use and sit on without the chair rolling away so that is an unexpected bonus too. The wheels move really really smoothly- I am plus size and I use it on carpet so that is saying something! The only down side is when the seat is at it's highest and you are sitting on the seat and proceed to put your knees on the kneeling pad the space between the seat and knee pads feels narrow. If my calves were just a little bigger the gap would feel tight to stick my legs in. Once sitting properly with knees pressing into the pads that gap is totally comfortable and would be fine for someone with much larger calves so its just the initial kneeling that feels tight.Happy with my purchase!

Beautiful Chair, Adjustable, Comfortable and Backed By a Legit Company
This chair has it all for an ergonomic chair. TLDR if you want a chair like this for posture correction while you work, get this one. You won't be disappointed and its from a legit company backed by proper customer service, not just some random drop-shipper who couldn't care less.It is comfortable and durable. It is also completely height adjustable and even I, a 6 foot 1 inch man only went to the 4th of 6 height settings. I used the back rest to get comfortable sitting in it as with the back rest it is quite easy, having just moved from a regular gaming chair. After a couple weeks I removed it completely and though it takes some getting used to I will never go back to regular office chairs. The rug I have under the chair is just because the floors in my home are very uneven and the chair slips back if I don't have it.Along with this chair and a few other accessories for my standing desk so as to place my monitors in the right position and my keyboard and mouse in the right positions, I have been able to keep my chest and neck posture in amazing shape. My spine curvature is fixed and my neck actually stands tall! My abs, especially the top two are finally showing and not crunched in with the rest of them so I have a 6 pack instead of a 4 and a half pack. I also combined this with sleeping without a pillow on a very firm mattress, as well as sitting mostly on this or a small floor stool instead of couches (if you want one, get one like this chair which keeps your hips above your knees when you sit) and my entire posture has transformed. This is how people are supposed to sit, we only sit on standard chairs because we've learned from kings and queens thats how we should sit, but it's completely wrong from the standpoint of the human anatomy. I will probably sit on chairs from this company as long as they continue making them, or unless something better comes on the market, which I have yet to see and I don't have any qualms with this chair's design. Maybe the only thing they could do is add wheels that have a locking mechanism so they don't roll for people like myself who live in older buildings with uneven flooring! Haha.

First Impressions
Update after months of use: I do like this chair still but I find it's only tolerable to use for about an hour max. It helps to work core muscles and encourages good posture. In combination with my standing desk, I like it.I *just* put this together and it is my first day sitting on it. I plan to update this review after I've used it for a while. First, I am not savvy when it comes to putting things together and I was able to put this chair together in about 15 minutes. I love that it roles because it makes it easier to get in and out of, and I love the side handles. The padding on the seats is comfortable. I bought the one with a back and I really like that feature, though I notice my back hurts less when I don't use the back rest. My lower back is hurting but I suspect it is because I have very poor posture and the muscles there are getting fatigued. I might try switching between chairs if it is too difficult to work 8 hours like this, just until my back muscles are more built up, though leaning on the back rest does help somewhat. Another thing to know is that I have knee and hip pain, and so far, kneeling feels OK. I also have tried kneeling with one knee and having my other foot on the floor, and this feels really good. Alternatively, you can place both feet on the floor to the sides of the foot rest, which opens up the pelvic area and gives another option if your shins start to hurt. Ultimately, the more you shift positions throughout the day, the better (from what I've read).

Chair Works really well
This kneeling chair is really nice and very comfortable, the build quality is really good, it really helps me and is comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. It was really easy to assemble and can be sat on comfortably. The castors roll well on carpets and hard floors. It seems sturdy, so overall I am very happy with it.

Wheels keep falling off
Mostly fine, but the wheels keep falling off. The bolts attaching them to the chair are made of some soft flimsy stuff that wore out very quickly and the wheels just fell off the chair. At this point, in about seven months of owning the chair, three out of four wheels have fallen off. The seller replaced the first wheell that fell off, but the replacement was no better. At this point I’m just holding them together with glue. So even though the chair has otherwise worked well for me, I really don’t recommend you buy one.
