Review: Lovely chocolates. - I’ve tried molded chocolates a few times in the past and never been super successful with them. Always going back to dipped. I decided to give it another go with these molds and they are fantastic. Was able to do some really lovely chocolates with beautiful thin shells and perfect seals. The chocolates release so easily. Batch after batch come out really lovely. I just love the thin shell you are able to achieve vs a dipped chocolate and the gloss these put on finished chocolates is gorgeous. I’m always happy with the flavor of my dipped chocolates, but not always with the way they look. These molds make them look expensive as hell too. Great.

**Q: Chocolate will not come out of the mold any advice**
A: Improperly tempered chocolate tend to be one of the main issues.
Here are some tips: 
1. Temper chocolate properly. Unfortunately most people fail at this step.  
2. Make sure to scrape excess chocolate off the mold as soon as possible before letting it set.
3. Let your chocolates to set properly before attempting to release them from the mold.
4. Gently tap the mold to release the chocolates.

**Q: What is the diameter of the circle? I’m looking to make spherical chocolate truffles**
A: The diameter is approximately 1.18 inch / 30mm

**Q: How much gr. per piece?**
A: You can make approx 8 gr / 0.3 oz chocolates with this semi sphere polycarbonate chocolate mold.

I’ve tried molded chocolates a few times in the past and never been super successful with them. Always going back to dipped. I decided to give it another go with these molds and they are fantastic. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good chocolate mold

I wasn't sure about using polycarbonate, but this worked better than expected. The only complain (and it's not really a complaint) is that the chocolates are a little small. I wish each chocolate was a little bigger. I recommend rubbing coco butter or coconut oil in the molds and carefully wiping it out to "condition" it. I'm not a professional though, but my chocolates release better. I like this product and will probably order more shapes.
