Parsons Electric Fireplace TV Stand for TVs up to 55", Black

I purchased this with a movers discount so I ended up paying about $155 for the stand. For the price, this suited all my needs. I've been looking for a tv stand with a built in-fireplace for some time and ended up buying this due to price point and size. My couch is a little on the lower side so I wanted a tvstand and fireplace combo that wasn't too high. At 22", this was the shortest so despite all the bad reviews I bought it anyway.Got it today and it took my husband and I about 3 hours to put it together.Pros-1. We like the sleek design and open shelving. We also like that there were multiple shelving options on each side so we put two shelves on our riff and used the left to house our subwoofer (win!!).2. Instructions are straightforward with labeled parts.3. Heat function for fireplace is a quiet fanlike sound; not too loud or bothersome.4. You can turn the heat off.Cons: knowing that "you get what you pay for," we were careful with the assembly of this product.1. Some sides of the wood pieces were chipped, with the color white showing thru. The left edge of our stand was significantly chipped. We fixed it with a permanent black marker, which made the defects practically unnoticeable.2. We had some issues with the predrilled holes not being drilled all the way, so a power drill was an easy solution.3. The stand is a black laminate without any wood grain, so don't expect a faux wood grain looking-like stand. This wasn't a big deal for us at all.4. For the fireplace, there isn't a remote and you cannot change the intensity of the fireplace or the heat. Again, this wasn't a big deal for us at all. The fireplace isn't crazy realistic looking either but it is still pretty to look atI can't comment on this stands ability to heat up a room since I have it for this summer so far, but he heat option does work fast.In a nutshell, despite the cons im very happy with this purchase. if you're renting this is a great option since the price is excellent and it doesn't weigh a ton. also modest in size for a smaller living room.

I am very pleased with this item. Looks very nice. My 7 year old grandson put it together for me. ( a Lego's expert) I just had to hold a few pieces while he worked.

This tv stand is a great value for the price. It is obviously made of mdf but the completed stand is extremely sturdy. It looks more expensive than it is. I am a 50-something female and I was able to put it together by myself. There are a lot of pieces but everything is clearly labeled. The instructions are pictures only but easy to follow. It took me about 2 and a half hours to complete but I kept stopping to watch the football game. It's not hard to put together but it is very time consuming. It wouldn't have taken me as long to complete if I had waited on my husband to get home from work so that he could help me. A lot of the reviewers stated that their unitarrived damaged. My unit arrived in pristine condition.I only purchased the unit because I needed a tv stand and this stand is aesthetically gorgeous. I don't need the heater but it puts out a lot of heat.

Not happy with this product as soon as two months hit my fireplace is making loud noise, and u was told by a friend that he thinks it the motor going out. Wrote to the company about the problem and no answer! Very unhappy with this product I spent good money and I've only got one good month out of it.

Love it. I read the reviews was worried about damage. But it came perfect and was easy to setup. It looks amazing I get a lot of compliments.

The delivery was very quick and everything was boxed properly to avoid damage. There were no scrapes, bumps, or any other damages to the pieces. It’s up about an hour to put together with my husband’s help, including his 2 15 minute breaks in which I worked alone. Putting the stand together was not complicated at all and it was my choice not to place the shelves in the stand because I just wanted to give it a decorative look at the bottom. I definitely recommend this product and it was definitely a great price as well.

I love my new entertainment center! I set this up with the help of one person, though this can probably be done by one person with no issues. The hardest part was one of the last steps where you screw the fireplace into the structure, make sure you have a screwdriver with a thin handle because the gap is very narrow.The fireplace looks great and works great. Since it is the summer, we sometimes just turn on the visual fireplace effect without the heat function, but we have tested it out and it creates pretty good warmth. Does not look or feel cheap at all, great value for what I paid for it - but the price seems to have gone up veryyy significantly since I purchased.

Do not buy this flat-packed tv stand. Assembly is a nightmare. It's made of poor quality chipboard that falls apart (the pieces are splitting) as you're putting it together. Again, do not buy.

Showed up a week earlier than anticipated which was great! Assembly was easy (similar to an IKEA build), however one piece did crack a bit during assembly which was annoying but thankfully it's out of sight so it's not an issue.Holds the Xbox and PVR perfectly and there is a large amount of space in behind the fireplace which is great to hide the extra cords. We have a 55" tv on it and we are very happy with it!

I like it very much. Good quality's. And it's very large my TV is 65 inch I recommend you to buy one if you would like to have a TV fireplace

Love this piece! Came in perfect condition. Easy to put together. Looks beautiful.

The unit itself was a bit of a hassle to put together, mine came with glue that was dried up, I had to go out and buy gorilla glue (original) but I general it was fairly easy to put together, once assembled its a beautiful unit. The delivery was fast and on time, besides the glue problem I would recommend this stand

It's a beautiful product. I purchased it as a gift for my dad. It does take some time to assemble but it wasn't too difficult with two people. I love the black colour and the flames. It looks amazing! Super happy with the product.

It came quickly and was easy to assemble. the boxes are heavy, so if you are unable, have someone there for assistance to move. also have a large area to build

It looks perfect as in the picture. Arrived early than expected. However, we struggled a little to assemble it.

Instructions seemed to skip a step. So cue a bit of frustration. However, got it together and it's great. Lots of storage, fits the 65" TV great and the fireplace is warm!

I love this piece of furniture. It holds my TV very well and takes the chill off the room in the winter. Plus gives a nice ambiance.

The product came on time. I opened the box and took out the components only to find out that one of the main pieces was broken! Please send us a new piece. Other than that the product seems good. Only issue is we can’t even assemble it!

The delivery took longer than expected. But I Absolutely LOve it . It makes my living room look more beautiful
