Excellent product, possible problem....
A positive review, with one questionable issue (at bottom) My 15yo daughter could not do a single pullup. She was too weak to do negatives, so I bought a WOD Red and Black bands. We wrapped them around the pull-up bar and back through themselves, so she can put her foot through them and help her get her chin over the bar. With one end wrapped around the bar and a foot on the band, it is easy to stretch these bands over 9’ in length. My kids were scared of them, but not as much after I showed them they did not break with me. I highly encourage you to buy a complete set. Spend the money, and take advantage of the 15% discount WOD offers. I tried to be smart, and only bought the RED (10-35#) and BLACK (30-60#), thinking that 95# would be enough. It isn’t. Using both the Red and Black bands simultaneously, my daughter still cannot complete a single pull-up. These bands are not rubber, but some sort of polymer. PROBLEM: I used the black band the day it arrived, and it was perfect. The next morning, I found it broken in two (two breaks) with both pieces on the floor. It looked like it snapped, with multiple shark tooth serrations on the corners near the break. Perhaps my young boys snapped it like a rubber band (they deny it), but the net result is it was defective. I emailed WOD Nation and they sent a replacement, free of charge, which has performed flawlessly. Since we don’t have enough ‘band’ yet, I tied the larger broken piece of black band together and we are using that as an additional assistance. It works, but is clearly defective, either from a snap, or chemically, as additional shark teeth have been forming. If you get a bad one, contact WOD Nation for a free replacement. Does anyone know whether this is an OE or Manufacturing defect? Still 5 stars. Daughter can barely do 5 pullups, with all three bands, and getting stronger. She also wears a life jacket (padding) and uses both the Red and Black bands while doing push-ups. Exercise is awesome.

More than I expected
I am currently recovering from a major abdominal surgery. I am not yet released by my doctor to lift serious weight yet. My husband recommended I look into these bands to exercise with during this phase of my recovery. I was pleasantly surprised when I received them in the mail to see how thick and durable these are. And then, I took them to the gym and was further impressed. I feel resistance and localized "workout burn" I'm the muscle I am working. It does not overly stress my core muscles, and at the same time works on my core stabilization. I'm not breaking my limitations of not being able to "throw around weight", and get I'm getting a phenomenal workout. I've used these bands 3 times now and can say that once I gain strength and flexibility with this band, that I will be buying the next band size up. For those considering buying this product, I've attached a photo. On the left is the theraband my physical therapist have me to stretch with and workout with. On the right is my WOD Nation band. You'll notice the difference in thickness and quality. Definitely worth the investment. Thank you for making a quality product!

WOD Nation Resistance Bands
I Love the WOD Nation red and black resistance bands. They're made of quality material and the resistance is perfect for me, especially the red one. The black resistance band is also very good, but it's much harder to stretch, so I'll use it for some other exercises! I enjoy using the red resistance band, because the length is just right for me, I'm 5'-10", and I don't have to attach any handles to them. I loop the Bodylactics small anywhere anchor to one end to put my hand through. It works really well for me, and it feels much more comfortable than grabbing on to the rubber. I also ordered the Purple Resistance Band from WOD Nation to assist my pull-ups, because I couldn't find the one at the gym the last time I went, so I decided to get my own. Only thing my gym bag is starting to get more stuff in it, LOL, because I also purchased the Black Mountain Resistance Bands. I love stretching, it feels good, and I think it's good for your body when you workout, or anytime for that matter. I got the ones that have clips attached to both ends. Good Stuff, very versatile, good quality, and affordable! Black Mountain Rocks! I hope this review is helpful. I recommend purchasing the resistance bands from WOD Nation, they're speed jump rope is good too, and their prices are very much affordable! Thankyou WOD Nation. Aloha!🌴🏄🏼

The quality seems great, especially for the price
I got the purple band and the resistance level is exactly as described. The quality seems great, especially for the price. The materials seem very strong and resilient. The only thing that keeps it from being 5-star is the finish on the rubber. I wish it had the more powder dry, flat finish that most bands have. This one has a more shiny finish and is a more rubbery, tacky surface. It doesn't affect the function, but it's a personal preference. Still worth it for the price and quality.

I will be doing serious pull ups in no time
I have just recently started working on doing pull ups at the gym. I wanted to take exercise to the next stage buy using the pull up bar I have at home as well. Needless to say, I wasn't able to do a pull up by my self so I purchased the green assistance band. It really does help with my pull ups It feels a little awkward and weird but I am pretty sure that is because I am not use to using this piece of equipment yet. It wrapped around my pull up bar perfectly. I thought it was going to be longer than it was so I do need to get a stepping stool to get into this band. But one I have my foot in I am able to attempt pull ups. I was a little worried that it would be assisting me to much but I was wrong. It does help quite a bit but not enough that you won't get a workout and show improvement. I couldn't pull myself up at all without the band. With the band I can do at least three really good quality pull ups. That make me happy...until the next day when I am feeling it in my arms and shoulders lol. My next purchase will be the red and the purple ones when I make enough progress. I am will on my way. Great quality product so far.

Seems like good quality
Just got these and tried them out seems very sturdy like the ones I have used in many CrossFit gyms I got a cheaper setup before that was with thin bands that snapped almost immediately and could have easily caused damage the weight resistance it great with these ones if I combine the blue and green it is beyond my own body weight, it seems so far to be a great way to improve on pull-ups and as they are wide negative pull ups the test of time and use is yet to be done, will update if they fail and break under heavy use

Shoulder rehab and front squats.
I may have already written a review of these but I'm going to get straight to the point here. It's a giant purple rubber band that does a bit of everything. I've found a way to work on my front squats since I've moved to calisthenics from weight lifting. Over head is... Hard. Standing at about five foot ten five foot eleven ( I haven't measured myself in a while, i'm 17, still growing ), I'm not going to risk it, plus i'd snap either a delt or the band trying to hold it up. I'm about 230lbs, between 19 and 23% body fat. I look 19 in the mornings and at bed 23-24. So i'm not quite a chubby guy, I've got a decent amount of mass. I CAN'T DO PULL UPS AT ALL! I should have gone with the green or blue band to help me. I have a Soozier Power Tower (I think that's what it's called) and I have two five or ten pound resistance bands from maybe 06' and the Purple WOD band. I can't quite get all the way up but it can almost get me there. My word of advice IF YOU CAN'T DO PULL UPS, over compensate a bit. If you think you need to shed 40 or 50 pounds of your body weight to do a pull up, move up one color or get both. PUSHUPS with this thing sweet jelly beans! It only took me two semesters and a 3 month summer vacation of laziness (video games and eating) to go from a 130lb bench to a 205 ( nothing spectacular but i'm playing with the big plates. With my body weight plus the purple band I feel like i'm benching between 180 and 205, maybe more. I've been training back a bit more since I got graded on lifts that didn't involve back strength... What is a weight lifter without a dominant back?.... One with issues *knock. on. freaking. wood.* I injured my back on baby weight deadlifts. If you have noticed your neck or a muscle around your shoulder/shoulder blade is sore, get one of these bands between the lightest and the purple (red and purple), use it to mobilize your shoulders by holding it with a wide grip and move it from your waist to as far back as possible without straining. Next, move your hands to the inside edges of the band, hold on to it and move your hands with palms facing down apart form each other. You can do a variation of this movement that works rear delts to target your inner trapezius, help tighten rhomboids and how you do that is essentially do what is described above but use your elbows as if you're doing a row. Keep your lats tight and with your arms out infront of you, drive your elbows back horizontally. The band should be on your chest in the finished motion. Don't let the band jerk your hands back but if you can't help it, it's okay. I don't have a doubt that this band would shrivel up and snap anytime soon. WOD Nation bands have my business.

Snapped in half during first use for pull-ups
I bought the purple band for working on pull-ups. I can do three unassisted pull-ups, so it seemed like the purple band would work well. I'm 5' 10' and 175lbs. When it arrived the band looked pretty beefy. I girth hitched it around my pull-up bar on my pullup / dip tower and the band snapped in half before I even fully put all my weight into it. The break was pretty clean so I am thinking it's some kind of manufacturing defect, but that's just unacceptable for something that is supposed to be stretchable and used in this manner. Now I've tried to tie the one end to the pull-up bar and create a foot loop by tieing the other end with a big loop to create a sort of stirrup that I can get at least one foot in. It kind of works but definitely doesn't have the same strength to provide as much of an assist during pull-ups. It helps me get maybe two or three more pullups after completing my first three unassisted. I wouldn't buy this again. I'll look into getting a refund or try to find a more durable band from a different manufacturer.

Quality product
Bought this product to help increase my pull-ups. It is the PURPLE band. Purchased this after watching a video of Scooby1961 1. Essentially just a rubber band but feels really strong 2. Good elasticity. Get back to its original size after use 3. Does not have that nasty rubber smell Cons: 1. In my mind it is slightly expensive when essentially the product is a huge rubber band. But it's high quality and as long as it works Well for a few years it would be worth it. Other than that Haven't noticed any cons. Will update if anything comes up. One thing I'd suggest before buying is to gauge your current strength before buying one of these cause if it's too thin then it may not help you enough or if it is too thick it may do most of the work for you and not help you build strength.

Very impressed
Great product. Bought this to replace a cheap one that snapped. Cheapest I could find and really impressed with the durability. I got the black one for a specific shoulder mobility exercise and would recommend that if you're only going to get one, get the black one as the range of uses will be great. Great customer service too, they seem very concerned that their customer's are happy with the product.
