Trial at Fort Keogh

Charles G West, the absolute best western writer, hands down. I have over 24 of his books!!

It had action and humor and tied both together.liked the two or three story lines also especially liked the cowboy humor.

I found this book to be excellent in story line and a well written from beginning to finish. The bad guys were dispatched in a realistic manner and the main character had problems dealing with them but he had a lot of help solving those problems which made the book more enjoyable. Many authors have trouble ending their books and the reader is often left with questions and disappointment. This book bought the story to a close quite well even if the ending was predictable but not always obvious.

The brutality of some of the early west towns, it is a wonder that any of them survived. I can just imagine that the ones that did had to have some hero that stepped up to take maters into their own hands and clean up the mess that the sheepish people could not or would not handle.

C.G. West is among the top western writers of this generation. His books are well thought out &, though similar endings,are a joy to read. He shows his knowledge of frontier history while weaving an interesting & exciting story.

I enjoyed the book very nice story. Looking forward to reading the next one.

This was another great western by Charles West. He kept the reader in suspense till the very last paragraph at the emd.

This was a Very good story and a book fun to read....reminded me of the old Randolph Scott movies! Definitely worth reading....

As always with Charles g west his book are addictive pick one up and you will be hooked and looking for the next great reading that you can read again and again
