Effective support!
I'm satisfied with this support belt. I wear it while unloading big box trucks five days a week. I have two, and wash them inside a small mesh bag w/normal clothes and they have held up well. These are for medium support, not weight lifting, but the elastic tension straps make it snug, comfortable and discreet under any garment.

Alright, but could be tighter for more resistance on the core
Could be tighter possibly, but I can feel it's effects after working out with it everyday I workout for the past couple of weeks
