Soundstream MPQ-7B 7-Band 1/2 DIN Equalizer

FIRST OF ALL NOT A BAD PRODUCT IF YOU KNOW HOW TO USE IT. THIS UNIT REQUIRES A EXTERNAL LINE DRIVER TO POWER THE COMPONENTS BUILT IN TO THE EQ I CURRENTLY HAVE MINE RAN FROM THE HEAD TO THE EQ THEN TO THE EXTERNAL 10v line driver I have for the bass. YOU COULD WIRE IT HOW YOU WANT TO YOU CAN GO FROM THE HEAD UNIT TO LINE DRIVE THEN TOTHE EQ THEN TO THE BASS AMP (BUT BE CAREFUL) TO MUCH INPUT VOLTAGE COULD POSSIBLY DAMAGE THE EQ

Had slight problems but it worked great

I have bought three of them for three different motorcycles they all healed up and made my music sound quality

Good for squeezing that extra dB

It burnt out in less than 2 weeks and sounded better after i removed it I have fosgate class d 600 2 fosgate subs cerwin Vega front components speaker and a Zeus zxr616 I thought a preamp would make it push more it had input volume gain I use my iPhone as the head unit(low volume) This pre amp waste of money Should have listened to other reviews I lagged and it was to late to return it😢

Cumple bien su función, lo utilizo en casa para conectar mediante dispositivo bluetooth 1 estéreo + subwoofer activo.

After purchasing 2 units the selling price goes up, sound quality is good, easy to use. Will buy again if price goes down.

sounds great BUT controls only work until 3/4 then nothing happens rest of the way which is highly annoying.and two when turning vehicle off whole system pops subs and speakers i have a decent system and it scared the $#!# out of me when it popped i know its the eq i disconnected the head unit and it still popped and it never popped ever until addition of the eq. UPDATE (After buying another eq quality sound was not as good and had the same turn off speaker pop so decided must be stock radio ground doing something strange so made my own clean ground and voila . so here is my new review put the sounstream back in and wow what a difference for the price of this thing it is highly recommended changed start rating to 5 cant beat that price+sound quality
