Great pan
I have used this pan several times now. It really is non stick and cleans up easily. It's huge and you have lots of room to make something big and still be able to stir without going over the edge. I have only done vegetables, rice and pasta. I don't know how well it works with meat. I think it was a bargain for the quality of the pan. Update. Now it's several moths later and I use it all the time. It works great, cleans easily, and still looks almost new. No worries about toxic chemicals, really non stick, and is holding up great! Excellent value and I'm glad I bought it.This is an update. I bought this last Sept and have used it a lot! There is a little discoloration in the bottom, but otherwise it still looks new. It still works great with little to no sticking. If something happened to this one I'd buy another one in second!

It's more than just a WOK.
I've tried several other supposedly reputable 'non-stick' pans before this one with little success. In spite of being non-stick, the other pans seemed to end up 'sticking' after just a short time. With this pan, it's not only non-stick but can be used as a "WOK" as well. I figured I would try it.... I LOVE IT! I now use it for everything from scrambled eggs to brussels sprouts. At first I was surprised by how light it is! Even though it has a thick bottom, the pan is very easy to toss/wield around. In spite of being a fairly light pan, it still holds temp pretty well when adding cold ingredients.Clean up has been a breeze so far. Just a little warm/soapy water and it's ready to rinse. If you're considering this pan...stop considering and get it! You won't be sorry.

Ceramic coated bottom too slick for electric burner element
I had an old steel, 14 inch WOK years ago. It was way too big for my needs, and food stuck to the cooking surface. I decided to try a smaller, ceramic coated WOK. The inside coating on this WOK is really slick. No food is sticking to it during the high heat cooking of stir fry ingredients. The problem is in the coating on the exterior bottom. It is the same slick coating as the inside. I have to hold the WOK on the circular electric element with one hand while I stir the ingredients cooking inside. The WOK slides all over the electric element if I don't hold it in place. I have several standard ceramic frying pans with the same interior coating. But the bottoms of those pans are not coated, and are bare, rough aluminum. Those stay on the element without having to be held in place. If this WOK had a non-coated bare aluminum bottom it wouldn't slide around and off the cooking element when stirring the ingredients during the cooking process. Otherwise it has worked well for my needs and the inside coating has not come off after 10 uses.

Non stick
Love this pan. Non stick works great. Not safe for metal utensils. Lid is a good thing to have as well. I ended up buying 3 to give to other people.

Very nice wok but not for senior citizens, disabled, etc.
Very pleased with this wok. The non-stick coating is holding up (used a handful of times now). It very easy to clean! I like that it comes with a lid which is why I chose this one over several others. The sides are pretty deep which is also something I was looking for. One thing to note is that it is quite heavy when empty and more so once you fill it with food. I certainly wouldn't recommend this for anyone who has weak arm strength.

UPDATED: DO NOT BUY!!! Changed my 5-star review to one star
IMPORTANT UPDATE AT BOTTOM!This is a lightweight wok with a new type of non-stick coating. We prefer to not use nonstick cookware, but have found that a non-stick wok is essential. This particular coating is slightly bumpy, sort of like a lizard's skin. Food definitely doesn't stick to it-a soapy sponge is all need use to clean it.So far, we're quite happy with the performance. The best features are the non-stick coating, and the clear lid with vent hole. We've had no problems with uneven heating so far, which was a concern with the thin walls. Here's what you need to do to preserve the finish:1. Never use metal utensils.2. Rinse immediately after use. Even if you do not wash it until later, rinse immediately.3. Do not leave water standing in the pot, even after rinsing as described above. Let it sit empty (not in the sink)4. Wash with a sponge, never with an abrasive scrub pad.5. Dry after washing.6. Do not use it to store food. This pot is far too big around to be practical for storing food, but don't do it!Recommended.UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS USE:This has become the go-to pot in our kitchen. We use it for all standard wok applications like stir frying, but also for pancakes and risotto and more. The non-stick coating is the only one we are comfortable with (search the web for "PFOA nonstick" to learn more), and it works flawlessly. We are really happy that we purchased the 13 inch size, instead of one of the smaller models. We have disposed of our old teflon wok, and also the old iron beast that predated it in our kitchen.UPDATE AFTER 4 MONTHS USE:Everything above is true. HOWEVER, after four months use, the non-stick coating began to turn a brown color down on the bottom of the wok. Then a small flake fell off. Washing the wok with a sponge now removes the non-stick coating one flake at a time. Our favorite pot is now unusable, unless we are willing to ingest flakes of non-stick coating with our food. We're now looking for another wok.We took very good care of this pan. When the entire bottom starts to flake, you know the problem is not a scratch caused by a utensil.NOT RECOMMENDED.

Best wok (and pan) I have ever purchased!
This is the best wok I have ever used and my favorite pan in my kitchen now. It is 100% non-stick with no oil!! It cleans in a snap. No seasoning required. Just wash it once and start cooking. I use it for my stir-frys, spaghetti sauce, soups, you name it! I use it all the time. The pan is big, but no bigger than my last wok, and I like to make big meals with lots of leftovers. A terrific product at a great price.
