I've got four cats and they all love this, almost all the time. (Two of them are a bit fussy, so they like to "switch it up" every few days for a different type lol.) It's not as cheap as the grocery store brands, but it's not the most expensive, and definitely better quality, so I'm happy to pay a little more. We've given them other flavors and 'types' of food from Tiki Cat and they've all gone over well in our house - especially the mousse (which isn't easy for me to dish-up because of the texture - barf - but they go crazy over it lol). I always ask our vet about the ingredients of any new food before feeding our furballs, and they said this one is great - it's nutritous, it has limited fillers, and it's easy on their tummies, so... cats are happy!

The quality of Tiki Cat food is honestly really good—you can tell it's made with clean, real ingredients and not a bunch of fillers. It looks fresh, and I appreciate how transparent they are about what goes into it. That said, my cat just isn't a fan of the taste on its own. I have to mix it with another canned food she likes, or she won’t touch it. It’s a bit of a bummer since the ingredients are great, but I still give it 4 stars because the quality is definitely there—it just depends on your cat's taste!

I tried the tiki cat variety pack but my kitten would only eat the chicken in broth recipe. This food has wholesome ingredients and no grain. I tried their dry but the kitten wasn’t having it. It actually preferred Purina Beyond brand (chicken what else?) which is also grain and gmo free.

The product itself is usually fine. But, Amazon is dousing the plastic wrapped cans with some horrible chemical that will stink up your entire home. I set the plastic wrapped cans outside side for hours and they still smell. I don’t trust feeding this food to my cats as I don’t know how much of the chemical may have leaked into the can and contaminated the food. I had a subscription to this food with Amazon but have now cancelled it. Won’t take the chance of my pets getting sick from it. I’ll buy from Chewy’s or another pet store from now on.

I wanted to find a better food for my cat. I mostly feed him sheba, but I like to supplement with this. This is his favorite kind of Tiki Cat. It's crazy when you open it, it seriously looks like something you could eat as a person. Doesn't have a strong smell, and it has great ingredients.
