Bird started to play with this and it fell apart. It wasn’t worth the money really. I suppose if you don’t let the bird mess with it other than training then it may work better.

Trying to teach my SI Eclectus to play and the only thing she did was chew and break the clear bands that hold the toy together. AND NO WAY TO REORDER those parts! So it's unusable now.

the product is exactly as in the picture. the problem is that my cockatiel does not care for it! I've been playing with it, hoping to get her attention, the most she did was pick one up, realized she cannot shred it, then decided it doesn't deserve her attention!

No instructions included. Thankfully, I checked the reviews and found that I needed to remove a layer of protective film from all of the plastic pieces. I feel that considering the amount of labor involved in removing the plastic, this product is overpriced. Also, this being a product intended for birds, they should tell us to remove the plastic film layer. I lost the will to live halfway through removing the plastic from one chip and gave up. My 11 year old put the product together quickly, and everything else is in order.

It's not sturdy and is missing multiple clear bands that hold the structure together. I wish there was a request for parts and not just a return or replacement-

very cute! Easy to put together and my birds are a little hesitant about it. But I think they will adjust to it.

Very hard to put together and stay together. Once assembled we put rubber band from those bracelets to the ends to hold it together.

I'm struggling to express how disappointed I am in what I received. Pieces were not cut to fit, which ended up with multiple people attempting to force pieces into another. The plastic is so fragile that it immediately cracked when putting pieces together. It was already so broken, I gave up and had to lightly hammer the pieces into the already broken slots.Great for birds, I'm just concerned with the danger of the broken pieces of plastic. Therefore, I have to supervise color/intelligence training my birds with this product.My little ones adore the "buttons" that come with this though.

There are 35 pieces to this toy that need to be assembled together. Each piece is protected by a plastic foil on both sided of it and it needs to be removed. That is 70 foils to be removed. The foil is nearly impossible to remove. I received a package with one part missing and one part cracked, so I returned it.

Does bit come with instructions, each peice has a layer of plastic that birds can easily get off, did not realize this untill my birds were playing with it and managed to get the plastic layer up on one of the blue birds. I still can't get the plastic layer off of 6 of the birds, so they can't use those ones. Without the instructions had to figure out what the white elastics were(used to keep the parts together). However the birds still love it and instead of using the birds because of the plastic layer I've started to use other things like nuts and vegetables.

It came broken and without instructions. I am not happy with this product at all. I am going to get a refund. This is unacceptable.. it also is coated with plastic which is hard to remove.
