The tin is AWESOME. It's pretty big, the bowls hold roughly a cup each, and both fit into the tin with the straining cloth I have, the kava it comes with, an extra 16oz kava package I got separately, and the packages of soy lecithin and lemon grass. The lid is not threaded, but stays on VERY nicely and is also very easy to remove.
