Pretty much the same result as almost everyone else that bought this dress, the bottom half fit, the top half was way off. Inquired about returning the dress but the seller was not to interested in going that route. The seller did make the offer to keep the dress, measure my daughter and they would send me another one that would fit which was awesome. In the end, my daughter said it was to low cut for her to be comfortable with anyway so I just took the 30 dollar hit so they did not have to send another dress my daughter wouldn't wear anyway. Had I read the reviews before purchasing the dress I would have known. Im all fairness the customer service was really top notch, This poor review is not a result of the customer service, This is strictly a result of the dress not being what its suppose to be. Yes, I did see the message to use their sizing chart and it was still was off so hopefully this will help someone.

So I actually ended up buying four dresses from this seller. I bought only one at first (the Black#6), but after falling in love with it I bought three more. I am 5'3" and 138lbs; I got a size medium for all of them and they fit very well. At first, when holding the first one in my hands, the material seemed a bit cheap. But after putting it on I thought it looked and felt gorgeous! I bought a bunch of petticoats to go underneath (one example pictured) to make the dresses flare out a bit (I think it looks cuter that way). The dresses have slightly varying lengths, ranging from just above my knee to just below it.Black#6 (pictured) -This one fit well and I love it. But the belt that comes with it was too long for my taste. I expected it to correlate with the waist size like it was in the advertised picture, but I guess that turned out to not be the case. Other that that, great dress.Black&white (not pictured) -This dress is absolutely lovely in my opinion, and I thought it looked lovely on me, too. HOWEVER, I'm not sure if the measurements are different in this dress specifically, or if there was a mistake in the handiwork, but it was slightly too big for my waist, and *really* too big for my bust. I don't have a picture to show it, but it's so bad that it would be inappropriate for me go out in public wearing it without something to cover up the top half of my body. Quite a shame really...Blue#3 (pictured) -This one looks lovely and fits well too. Not much else is needed to be said about it. I like it.Green#1353 (not pictured) -This dress is cute, and I like it. For the most part it fits, but it's kinda tight around my bust. The green part located at the bust is also a bit small for my breast size, meaning it doesn't cover my breasts all the way. To paint a picture in your mind, imagine that the green part is a bikini top. In this scenario, I'd be having some major underboob showing. The black part of the dress is made of a different material than the green. I'm not sure what this specific material is called, but it's a nice, smooth, synthetic, kinda stretchy, "heavy weighted" material that is the type to not wrinkle easily. Which is pretty cool in my opinion.I can't say for certain if how these dresses fit me will be exactly how they fit everyone else, but I hope this was a bit helpful. It does seem that the different dresses won't all necessarily fit the same way, though. So if one fits you perfectly there's no guarantee that the next one you buy will fit the same way.

After looking everywhere i decided to buy this dress. I was a little worried because you dont always get what ur expecting and how it was gonna fit. I was extremly nervous try it on. I am very happy with purchase the dree fit perfectly, the material was very god. I LOVE IT!!!! I also baught the petticote but it looks good with out it. I highly recommend it!!!!

Bought this dress for my son's rock-a-billy party. I loved the style which reminded me of June Cleaver. Expected that it might fall apart before the party ended because it cost so little. It was surprisingly well-made and I LOVED that it had a bit of stretch which made it comfy as well as cute. Got lots of compliments, which are increasingly rare as I age. ;)

Initially we were sent the wrong dress but as soon as we contacted Amazon the correct dress was shipped out immediately.The actual dress is really nice, light but not cheap material. The belt needs a hook or loop or something do that the end stops falling down. We had to tuck it in and it looked a bit tacky.Overall worth the price.Medium size bought for my daughter. She is 5'3" weighs about 150

I LOVE this dress so much. I bought it for my kids homeschool dance that I was a chaperone for. The fit was perfect but I did also size up 1 size due to the other reviewers suggestions. Normally I'm a large and bought an extra large. The top has some stretch to it and the bottom is more of a poly fabric. I also added a crinoline under to have the full look to it. I was able to dance and move while still being very comfortable! Highly recommend!! I'm off to buy another one in a different color :)

I had to return this dress. it was very cute and it fit my bust (in width, that is) but i'm a bit older and the shoulders were too short. (difficult to describe -- but since I have a large bust, the front panel didn't sit where it was supposed to. It was supposed to stop the bust part underneath my bustline but that part was in the middle of my bust. longer shoulders would've helped. this would've made for a not-so-low cut front panel which is actually contrary to the style. a lower cut front panel would've been perfect.in addition to that, the dress was just way too big in the waist/hips.i'm not sure why i thought i'd be able to find something online that actually FIT but i was hoping!!! I was a docent for a local home tour and needed to dress in "period styleL" and this WOUDL'VE been cute had it worked out for me =)

We really loved the dress, it fits her perfectly.
