Just like the commercials- this stuff actually works. I don't know why, and I don't care, but after 30 full days, 3 pills a day, things changed...no more problems fully emptying and much stronger stream. LOL. I bought this product for someone with an inflamed prostate who expected something to help “release fluids.” There was a misunderstanding: this supplement is not a diuretic — it does the opposite and helps reduce how often you need to urinate. From my experience, it is effective for its intended purpose: the number of bathroom visits and the urgency were noticeably reduced while it was being taken. Because of the initial misunderstanding about what it does, the person stopped using it. My main advice: read the label and product description carefully before purchasing. If your goal is to lower urinary frequency and urgency, this could work. As always, check with a doctor if you have prostate issues or take other medications. This product did not work for me, and I notified Prostagenix (Verified Nutrition, LLC) by email a few weeks prior to the end of my trial period that I would like a refund. They refused. I would not purchase anything from them again. Here is how they get out of their “IRON CLAD” 90 day money back guarantee: You have to mail back your original bottles WITHIN 90 days after your purchase, and the postmark on the return box MUST be within the 90 day period, or they won’t honor the refund. They do not state this requirement anywhere on their website. I emailed them to see when my 90 day period would expire, and I emailed them again and told them I wanted a refund 7 days before the end of my 90 day period and asked them what I needed to do to process my refund. They had responded quickly to all my prior emails, but then they did not reply to my refund request. I sent them another copy of that email to make sure they receive it, requesting a read receipt, but they never replied, even though I did receive the read request, letting me know they had read my email. I assumed they would get back with me, but no reply for a week, so I called them. That is when they told me that they would not honor the refund because I had not returned the empty bottles postmarked within the 90 day period. If this happens to you, I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also, I would encourage anyone thinking about purchasing this product to first read the BBB complaints against this company. I was using Life Extension's Ultra Natural Prostate (UNP) supplement prior to trying Prostagenix, and it stabilized but did not improve my condition, so I thought I would try Prostagenix. After three bottles my condition had not improved and the frequency of urinations actually increased as I neared the end of the third bottle. No improvement in flow. Here is what has worked for me: Ultra Natural Prostate from Life Extension, Plus one capsule a day of Prostabel, plus 40mg of Puritan’s Pride Lycopene per day, in addition to the Lycopene in UNP. I also recently started taking one capsule per day of BROQ Sulforaphane, but it is too early to tell if this is working. Great product. OI take them daily when I have them. I'm to have a shipment every 3 months. Last shipment was October 19 which means I should receive January 19. Yet my next shipment is NOT scheduled until February 17. Guess someone can not count to 3.

I am 75 and it took FIVE months for me to go from peeing every 2 hours (that’s 4 times a night) to peeing only once a night (every 4-5 hours). I did notice changes in my flow and frequency during the day after 3 months, but it was the night trips that were bothering me. I find that taking the tablets at 8pm each evening has the greatest impact on my night time trips to the bathroom. Note that all of the bad reviews are from people expecting to see a change within the first month. It seems that the more tablets you take (over time) the better the results.
