240 Volt Spot Welder

Order was placed on december 8, i have to emailed seller asking for the tracking number. Seller never send tracking number, not even a message. in january i emailed Amazon's customer service, after that, seller make me a refund. Thanks Amazon!!!. Be careful with this seller.

I have had this unit for 4 years and it still works well. I use it for special welding/soldering trials for customers and very pleased with results. Made special weld tips that make solder/welds 3/4 inch and need 8 seconds of welding time so I really put this thing to work. It does get hot after about 6 of these welds so need to let it rest 10 min before using again. This is a light duty unit so make sure you can hold the welder in your hands to make sure it is not getting too hot after continuous welding. My customer also purchased this unit for in-house testing and they are happy with the device. To make quality spot welds make sure you have good pressure on the handle and keep weld tips clean. Do not try to weld for more than 10 seconds at a time.

It makes strong welds... (shimmering flashback sequence) the box appeared at my door wrapped in black plastic and tape. It was heavy and it rattled like a maracca. I brought it inside and began slicing the film's off the damaged box. The inner packing materials were crushed and the power cord was bent at an unnatural angle. I pulled the pieces from the container and recovered most of the nuts and bolts embedded in the Styrofoam. Having read other reviews of the product, I resolved to disassemble and reassemble the welder prior to using it. About 4 hours later, I am in posession of of a tool that does exactly what it claims to do. So despite the Harbor Freight warranty lapsing while it was in possession of the seller, there is very little chance of this tool disappointing me for many years to come.
