Nice looking work shoes
I stand all day and really loved the regular Better Clog from Patagonia but wanted something that had a little shine to it. The standard Better Clogs have a kind of matte, unfinished leather look which while cool is a little rugged for a work. These fit slightly smaller but are breaking in nicely and definitely look more polished. The soles are not wood and actually have some give. So much better for my joints than Dansko which I sadly can't wear at all without booking a visit to the chiropractor (just my opinion, I have friends that swear by their Danskos).

Beautiful clogs, but narrow
There are beautiful clogs and look even better in person, but they will NOT work for you if you have a wide metatarsal. It was a struggle to get my foot into the shoe (not uncommon for clogs), but once inside my mid foot was squeezed VERY hard. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5. I bought these in a 9.5 as a winter shoe that I can slip off while at my desk at work. It was such a struggle to get my foot in and out of the clog (with only thin socks) that they just won't work for me. Returning.

Love these. Comfortable out of the box but a softer lining would earn 5 stars. I wear all day at work in a medical office and my feet still feel great at the end of the day. My Patagonia brown better clog has a much softer interior. Love these anyway.

Attractive shoes
Attractive shoes for business casual. Wore for a few hours only, proabably dont want to be on feet in these ALL day. I likely also need to break these in more, but like them so far.

Super comfortable, very stable for walking, great looking, many compliments
I love these shoes/clogs. They provide great stability for walking while still giving me a little bit of a boost in height. I used to always wear Born clog-shoes, but have found I often turn my ankle in those, the Borns heels tend to be too narrow or something. In contrast, these Patagonias clog-shoes are solid, steady. Also, I like the strap because it solves the problem I had with my previous strapless "Better Clogs" from Patagonia, which were a struggle to get into until you'd worn them for some months. Also, the strap detail is attractive. Finally, the leather in this "smooth" shoe seems not to scuff or wear out; the shoes look almost new after over 3 months of daily wear. Really worth purchasing. My one minor quibble -- I'd like just a little more toe room.

Had to return as they were too small / narrow
I love Patagonia clothing and their principle and approach to everything. However, their shoes don't seem to work for me. I had to return these as the shoe is too small / narrow. I don't think I have a particularly big or wide foot, arch or instep but the shoe is way too narrow. I could not even get into the shoe. I could tell that even ordering a size up would not work for me.

Wonderful Shoes
These are the perfect shoe. Dressy and casual at the same time. They could serve for a job interview, a night on the town or a weekend in the country. Just note that they are a bit "shiny" so you may feel a bit dressed up while hiking through the leaves. They have great arch support are sturdy and comfortable but are also a feminine kind of "Maryjane" style. I also have them in the dull brownish-red color and I love them too. I got a great deal for both pairs on 6PM and I'm glad I got them. They will be my "go to" shoes for a long time.

It is more comfortable out of the box and I like the style ...
I am tired of paying outrageously for Dansko's, so I tried the Patagonia shoe. It is more comfortable out of the box and I like the style just as well.
