Easy to install and set up. I already have the homebase 3 and numerous other eufy devices. Very small and placed in the top corner of the door and isn't noticeable unless you know it's there. You can change all the settings via the eufy app which I find it very user friendly and the forums are brilliant if you get stuck!

I have already purchased one of these and was apprehensive the first time that I had to install and configure it on a Homebase 2 Hub...but it was simple and has worked reliably ever since, even after I upgraded to a S380 Homebase 3 Hub. I have now bought another sensor to use within the same installation and it installed even quicker using the EUFY security app on an Android handset and is simple to label and to select a sound, if required. Now I intend to forget about it because it works without fault and battery seems to last forever. To be honest...an excellent item, reasonably priced, well constructed and RELIABLE. Not often that I can say that about technology. Buy with confidence. Arrived next day too with Prime. Many thanks EUFY. (FYI...ensure that Homebase and ethernet hub are located in a ventilated area and cannot overheat as this will cause problems with remote access to storage. It says it in the instructions too. Thought I'd mention it...always learning.)

After considering all alternatives, I decided to get this Eufy camera set+home base and I am really satisfied. The cameras give a good image quality on your mobile, and you can always connect and check the live feed. It has night vision too, which makes it possible to get a clear video in any situation. Its face recognition system makes it so the alarm only goes off if a human is seen, so you won't get an alert if anything irrelevant happens. You can still get a notification for a movement detected, so you can check in any case. Everything is controlled via the app, you can make your custom schedule so the alarm is on when you go to work and automatically turns off when you get back. Battery life for the wireless cameras is extremely good, I think in a year I only charged them once, and they were still about at half charge anyway. Set up is very easy, and takes a matter of minutes.

Need a hub to connect them, not suitable for a standalone system. Easy to figure out, install and sync with a hub. Pleased with how well these appear to be working. Very reactive. Very disappointed with the adhesive on the back. The plastic used to protect does not come off easily and can be concerning as this could damage the adhesive with how it stretches and this could prevent the device from being mounted. Plus side, the adhesive appears to be very strong as once mounted it appears to be very secure.

Simple to fit, does what it says. Obviously fitted for security purposes but it also reminds you, through the app, if you have left a window open when you are going out. Had some in a few months now and the battery is still showing full. Our WiFi isn't the best in terms of reach, but had zero issues connecting all over the house. The app allows different zones to be set when you are in, especially at night.

I bought 3 of them to use it for my front door, patio and a window. Works with magnetic technology, innovative thought. Very easy to install and connects to existing Homebase 3.(I think it works with Homebase 2 as well). Whenever the door is opened or closed I get instant alerts on my mobile app. Battery still shows 100% even after using for 2months continuously. It would be good to get to get alerts if the door is not locked.

Unabhängig generell stets bestehender technischer Anfälligkeiten von elektronischen Produkten habe ich stets nach einer elektronischen Sicherheitslösung für Türen und Fenster gesucht, die folgende Kriterien erfüllt: Kein Abo, keine Stromanbindung,einfache Installation und gute Integration in ein bestehendes System - und ganz wichtig, kein zwangsläufiges Bohren in Fenster - und Türrahmen. Eufy bietet das. Natürlich ist es immer eine Frage des Preis - Leistungsverhältnisses - ganz günstig sind die Produkte nicht.. Wie auch immer - nun zur Anwendung: Nachdem ich bereits eine Homebase und ein Kamera - System von Eufy installiert habe, kamen nun die Tür - und Fenster"sicherungen"/melder hinzu. Die Anmeldung an das System / die Homebase ist per App einfach - auch für Laien. Man wird gut durch das gelungene Menü geführt. Hierzu sei angemerkt, dass man sehr übersichtlich wirklich viel modifizieren kann, ohne sich im "Menü-Sumpf" zu verlieren. Im ersten Moment wusste ich allerdings nicht, welches Gerät ich beim Punkt "Hinzufügen" angeben sollte ( Laie). Man gehe auf Homebase - Geräte hinzufügen - Alarm Systeme - Entry Sensor! Mit einem Drücken der Sync Taste verbindet sich die Sicherung mit der Homebase - klappt auch vom Installationsort aus, sofern dieser im Bereich der Erreichbarkeit liegt (vor Anbringen testen!) Beim Anbringen sollte man darauf achten, dass die beiden Elemente parallel zueinander stehen - sieht sonst optisch schlecht aus. Ich hatte wieder einmal das Phänomen, dass die ersten zwei Installationen sofort in allen Belangen funktionierten, die dritte aber zwar erkannt und ausgewiesen wurde, aber nicht in den Einstellungen zwecks Änderungen zur Verfügung stand ( z.B. akustischen Alarm Ein - und Ausstellen). Keine Panik - die Homebase hat viel zu tun und manchmal dauert es einen Moment ( hier diesmal bis zur Viertelstunde), bis alles "aktualisiert" ist. Die bisherigen Erfahrungswerte sind gut und zuverlässig. Die Meldungen kommen tatsächlich bei jedem Öffnen und Schließen von Fenster und Türen - mit oder ohne Alarmfunktion ( je nachdem, wie sie eingestellt ist) an. Die Alarmfunktion wird allerdings nur an der Homebase - nicht am Fenster / der Tür ausgelöst - je nach dem, wo sie steht, könnte das die Funktion in der Wirksamkeit / abschreckenden Wirkung beeinträchtigen. Die Lautstärke ist individuell einstellbar. Letztendlich ist das Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Der Nutzer erfährt auf jeden Fall zeitnah, dass sich "etwas verändert" hat und kann reagieren! Ich habe es zwar noch nicht ausprobiert, aber es soll auch möglich sein, die App über zwei Handys zu steuern ( dann sei eine Anmeldung über ein bestehendes Konto (Anmeldungskonto) allerdings notwendig). Macht Sinn, wenn es ermöglicht werden soll, den Modus An - / Abwesend durch eine mindestens zweite im Haushalt lebende Person zu ändern, um "unnötige" Meldungen auszuschließen. Ich bin zufrieden und daher 5 Sterne.

I thought this could be helpful in preventing intruders while traveling but it doesn’t make an alarm, only flashing light. Wasn’t a good purchase.
