Love the size and convenience of the shots. The taste is really good. I drink the shot then water to wash it down BUT the price is too high to order more. I would stock up but it's just too much $$$$.

I'm pretty hard core when it comes to natural supplementation. I take liquid vitamins and minerals, drink greens, and I don't eat processed foods often. This stuff is the real deal. It is helping with my gallbladder issues. It's been a game changer... actually I haven't had an attack since I started taking a shot every other day, but be prepared for the harsh potency between the ACV and ginger!! I choose to get it done and over with in one smooth shot and chase it with my greens which eliminate the taste completely and there is no after taste...no burping it up later either. Highly recommend.

I like the flavor of these organic apple vinegar “shot”. I take the shot on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I noticed how the “shot” kicks starts my digestive system and encourages any last night meals to digest faster if you know what I mean. I eat a meal a little over an hour later and feel good. I suggest sipping water after drinking the shot just in case your throat is sensitive to the vinegar. (Water works for me.). This is natural and healthy way to keep your body healthy !! The only thing I was NOT happy about was that the price of the product was twice the price than other websites. Now I buy the same product on other health sites.
