This is one of the best dark roast coffees I have ever tasted. I’m just about to order more. This one stays on my permanent list of coffees. Reminds me of “Father of All Dark Roasts” from Oakland Coffee Roasters; very dark, very smooth, great body.

Great coffee, weird pod
This dark roast coffee has wonderful flavor and it's really hard to go back to any other coffee brand for Keurigs after having had this. HOWEVER, the container has the most plastic waste of any type of K-cup I've ever used: not only is there an outer white cup (which isn't really necessary, and some brands have even ditched that part), but there is ALSO a loose plastic disk between the outer white cup and the inner mesh filter that holds the ground coffee. This loose disk is apparently a second filter, as it is covered with holes...or maybe a way to force the water to be dispersed and drain from the entire pod instead of just the area of the one exit hole? If you are looking for something with less waste, keep looking; that's why I give the product one less star. If you're not ecologically concerned, then this coffee may be perfect for you.
