does it come with a glass lid or is one available for purchase

did not come with lid. they might be available separately.

I did not purchase the non-stick skillet. The one I did purchase is not non-stick. I looked on the skillet and it does not say made in china but I have thrown away the box and cannot answer for sure. Sorry if this doesn't help you.
