Wig arrived well packaged , felt soft and nice and looked natural with reasonable kinky curls however the smell on it was so overpowering, I decided to wash after wearing x2 as the smell was so bad BUT now it looks so old and did not keep the curly look looks dull really very disappointed , I used gentle shampoo and conditioner ( Morocco products ) to really take out that awful smell. I didn’t comb only hand picked and natural dry after washing . Seller can you please advise?

I have had this wig for a few weeks now and love it. The only criticism is lack of different options in terms of lengths, thus the 4* instead of 5*.
