We have been looking for a TRUE Olive Oil and organic for a long time after being made aware that most of the ones sold in supermarkets or even "specialty stores/shops" are blends and not a high-quality TRUE olive oil! We were willing to "pay up" for a good, high-quaity olive oil. After reading about this brand we purchased a whole case and are VERY PLEASED we did! This is a hearty, flavorful, delightfully refreshing, green, earthy TRUE olive oil without bing overpowering or bitter. Our salads have never tasted so good...I don't want to sound like a commercial, but you do have to try this brand if looking for genuine olive oil and organic to boot...PERFECT combo!

I was able to buy this award winning olive oil cheaper on Amazon than from anywhere else. Great taste. Use it mainly for making homemade salad dressings.

This is the worst tasting olive oils I've ever had. I have spoonfuls of oil by itself. I like all the subtle tastes in good oils, fruity, leafy and bitter sometimes, but this one has absolutely have no taste, like a regular cheap vegetable oil. What aroma are people talking about? I didn't buy this from Amazon. Bought it at the Whole Foods. I chose this although it was smaller and more expensive than the other California brand I was considering. I'm really upset.

Receive this as a gift. I'm lucky living in California and having access to many local olive oil producers. This one leans toward the peppery side. Good for salad or fish. Worth the price. Good value.

I use it in my homemade salad dressings. Delicious!
