I put it on my hands because of arthritis in the right hand right before I go to sleep. Then in the middle of the night when I wake up I put a CBD cream and between the two of them my hand is doing great. No more pain. I called and ordered this product in a jar instead of the stick. So happy I could do that. BTW my dark spots on my hands and wrinkles are going away too after using this for four months.

I love this stuff. It’s not too intense but helps relieve pain from soreness. If I get a cramp in my foot or legs it’s instant relief. Very helpful during pregnancy

I have arthritis and my son has a pulled muscle. I bought two so we could both use it. It really worked for both of us. It's rare that I find something that will dull my pain so I can sleep, but this worked.

Liked the way it worked but I am allergic to something in the product and developed a itchy rash that took 3 weeks to heal.

I love the product, I am a second time buyer. I have used it on my sprained ankle, sore back and when I get a crick in my neck from sleeping wrong. I actually like the natural smell of it. I did not give this version 5 stars bc the push up packaging is hard to use on my back. I prefer the twist up packaging (blue) that I got with my first purchase. If this version had the twist up packaging, I would give it 5 stars.
