I bought this to see if it would keep my chilli plants alive over winter and has exceeded my expectations. I have it on for a few hours a day when it's normally dark and 9/10 are healthy. Really surprised.

I have no green thumbs, I basically kill every plant I touch, but thanks to these lights, I have grown plants from seeds, I've kept a bonsai tree alive and my cacti no longer look deflated and dead,best purchase for my indoor plants I've made so far
