Takes some pressure off of your fingers
Good quality. Takes a lot of pressure off your hands. You have to experiment with them a bit.

Useful, improved performance
So glad I ordered these hook bar and wrist supports. I have increased my personal max because of their use, and I can see further gains will definitely be possible. My main use is lat pull downs/chin ups, although I have used them for deadlifting kettlebells. Removing my grip strength from the equation has really helped improve performance, and I would definitely buy these again. In fact, I'm buying them for my husband as well. The hook/loop closure allows for different wrist sizes, and the hook size fits our Bowflex bar (about the size of a standard barbell) and the handles of most kettlebells.

Too big
The hooks are too big to fit in my small female hands. The Velcro strap is lifting off the cloth and I have only used them twice. They do work once I got comfortable with the fact I can't cup the hook so I will keep using them until they fall apart since all other on the market seems too big as well. You can never trust a one size for both men and women.

Works perfectly
I’ve been having trouble upping my weight on my RDL and dead lift because of my grip strength. These have been such a savor. They fit comfortably around the wrists and has improved my form. Not hard to use or release.

Not for frequent Use
I've been enjoying using this for going hanging ab exercises with my bodyweight (~160lbs). Typically up to 4 times a week for a month. all in all, I got about 24 uses out of them before the strap tore off of the velcro wrap. I'm very disappointed with the durability and am thankful I wasn't using this for a heavyweight when they broke. For comfort, I wasn't expecting much out of a product like this from any manufacturer. It hurt my wrists to use until I figured out I could ball my fists and that would distribute my weight comfortably along with the wrap.I'm hoping the more expensive competitor will last longer than a month under frequent bodyweight stress.
