Really like this for making a chili sauce for enchiladas. Not as good as fresh chili in New Mexico. The price is close to three times what it is in a store in Albuquerque, but I live over 1500 hundred miles away,

Smokey flavor
After the purchase and delivery, I cooked Texas Chili, and noticed that this product had a very distinct smoky flavor. I'm not a fan a smoky taste in my food.
