Like the fact just one has to be taken a day so you know when looking that what you get will last so many days.Easy to swallow and something worth taking if not sure your getting enough vitamin D even if sunnier weather and getting out and about a bit more. Am already taking another vitamin D tablet which I some how managed to misplace when clearing bathroom cupboards out. So this pack now being used. Will need to see if any marked difference over time as thinking maybe less sunnier weather and body requiring more vitamin D then these should make more of a difference.As with any medication always worth checking to see if on anything else if safe to do so and no clashes with anything.
