How long did your reed diffuser last? I put 8 sticks in the bottle and it only lasted for like a month. How can I make it last longer?

Dear Customer. Thank you for your question. For long time use, we recommed you to use this reed diffuser with 4 reeds ONLY. In that way, the reed diffuser can last around 50 days. However, I would like to remind you taht If you put all the reeds into the bottle, you will find the oil is diffusing very quick. So be careful with that and adjust the intensity at your desire by adding or removing the sticks. Pleae note that our reed diffuser can still diffuser a relaxing fragrance even the oil has gone. That's because the natural sticks have already absorbed the oil and will keep disspating the scent till the very end. I hope this helps you and thanks for your support. BincaVidou

Sometimes i found out the scent is too strong while there were a few times that i thought it's too weak. why's that? what should i do?

Hi there, you can control the intensity of the fragrance by adding/removing the sticks. The more you put, the stronger it will be, and vice versa.

My reed diffuser seems to stop diffusing from time to time. Does any of you have this issue? How did you do to resolve it?

Most of my diffusers also do this. I think it’s caused by the reeds drying out. I turn the reeds upside down into the liquid again and usually find it can then draw up the liquid once more. Any time that doesn’t work I just put new fresh reeds in it.
