Just what I wanted to hold loose salt. Well made and looks great.

This is a pretty basic salt pot, and to me, that is what makes it so nice. I like to keep this by my stove top so I can add a little dash of flavor when the mood strikes me. It has a nice fit and finish and I just have a thing for acacia wood and it’s beautiful grain patterns. I like the size as it keeps enough salt on hand without taking up too much room and accessing the salt is very convenient. The wood seems to keep the salt dry and from clumping and, as I mentioned earlier, the wood grain is just plain nice to look at. I think this is a good deal and would make a nice gift for an aspiring chef or wanna be, like me.

This is exactly what I was looking for to keep next to my cooktop for my Kosher Sea Salt. The kid keeps excess humidity out, as well as other cooking spices, etc, but it is easy to pop the lid off so you can reach for the perfect amount of salt you need, without the need for a measuring spoon. I am going to buy more of these to give as gifts. The wood is beautiful!

I had an old Bamboo salt box that treated me well but finally cracked. So I moved up to this hard wood variety. It works. I mineral oiled it. Hoping it will last as long as my old Bamboo one did. It has a beveled bottom, nice when trying to get the last of the salt out. Only issue I have is my last one had a magnetic closure. I will surely misplace the lid more than once. It's also a little thinner than my Bamboo one. But seems sturdy enough.

Found a place in my kitchen right away for everyday storage of harissa, salt and other spices. Attractive wood which stands out particularly with a light coating of mineral oil. I will be ordering more for everyday usage to complement by long term storage set. Good size and shape for my purposes.

I love this salt pot. It is the perfect size for my pantry shelf and pretty enough to keep out on the counter. It holds three times as much salt as my last container so I am not having to refill it constantly. Will probably buy more to give as gifts.

I bought this to use as a specialty salt pot for the table. My husband loves it so much he has taken it to use for odds and ends on his dresser. It is beautiful, and so well made. Now i will by another for salt! It is also a great gift idea. Think secret santa or hostess gift.
