M-D Building Products 50140 3/8-Inch Wall 1/2-Inch by 3-Feet Tube Pipe Insulation, 4-Pack

I used this insulation to recover the cold line coming off the compressor outside my place. The old had weathered off, and the line was icing over. just slipped it over the copper line, cutting to length with scissors, then used zip ties to hold and cinch it up. My AC is putting off much colder air and cycling noticeably better than before. The system is working more efficient, saving me on my electric bill.

Good product, it's easy to use and works well. In the end we found it was cheaper and easier to get the self stick stuff from local stores, but this is a good alternative if you can't get it there or don't want the hassle...

Same as all others just a better price and the quantity I needed.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is that I bought the wrong size. But they still are large enough to stay on the pipe, I will fill in the gap with foam tape (non-sticky) and I'm thinking duct tape.

I used this to put behind a short bookcase so items would not fall off the top and behind the bookcase. It works perfect in this application. I just stuck it behind the bookcase, just below the top, and I cut it down to size with regular scissors. It filled the small space perfectly and had just the right amount of tension against the wall. It came in a four pack, and I only needed two. My kids use the other two as foam swords and enjoy that as well.I noticed that it had a pre-cut slit for a pipe. It was still somewhat sealed and I left it like that.

Because of the freeze of 2021 in Southeast Texas, I put extra insulation over a hot water line that burst , before the ceiling was repaired. Shame on me once for not making sure that line was adequately insulation. Next time the temp will have to be below zero.
