Product is great. Ordered 2 ea and received all except for pipes. Only received 1 pkg of 4 in pipes.Should have been 2. Issue according to vendor is Amazon.

We are so happy with this hardware easy to assemble and attach to shelving. Its industrial and fun. We made shelves for our mechanic shop show room with them.

So, get GLOVES! Don't be like me and play with them only to discover that some of this will not wash off, like when you change oil in the car. Wipe them down with gloves on or good luck getting that oil-iron mixture off the wall. I know they oil it to prevent corrosion for shipped, etc,etc.. still should know that you don't want to start handling these out of the box. They come with simple hardware, if you are pulling up light weight items I guess that is OK, but I would use something that will penetrate further and into something more solid like a stud if you are going to do books. -1 for too simple of mounting hardware, but I personally won't use those things anymore-ever. Also those threads can be sharp so careful (no I didn't cut myself).

Overall pretty good stuff and a decent value, but a big let down when parts are missing. I did have to swap parts around to get them all at similar lengths and be tight at the same time but I guess that is just part of working with pipes.

These would have been great. Bought them to go with a wall of shelving we’re doing because they are “unique”. The fittings are grey, not black; I expected that from the description. Be aware though, if you’re wanting a uniform look. I was willing to paint them to match the other pipe decor options I’ve purchased.But... they were coated in a grimy mess. It took me a good five minutes to get my hands clean after handling just one fitting - I can’t imagine what installing them would do to my walls. None of the other items I’ve purchased for this project came as if they literally came out of a maintenance van. These were also packaged poorly compared to any of the other pieces I’ve ordered. I was disappointed. They are going back. I guess “unique” is out.

These are perfectly as advertised. They are way cheaper than going to a big box store or hardware store to buy. I saw someone say that they are really greasy or grimy in a review. Yeah, there pipes, that’s how they machine them. They are wonderful, go ahead and pick some up for your DIY project, you won’t be disappointed.

I love the industrial look. I ordered these brackets and was a little concerned if they would look cheap, but the quality is GREAT and the wood that it was paired with is also amazing.
