Ameriwood Basics Collection Tally TV Stand for TVs up to 74", Medium Brown

This is was an inexpensive tv stand that I needed ASAP for my 65 inch tv. Cheap wood, but very easy to assemble. My 65 inch fits perfectly.

The twist-to-lock nuts common with this type of furniture were made from some particularly fragile pot metal and 2 of them pretty much crumbled under the force of a Philips head screwdriver. I was not applying excessive force by any means. Other than having to reinforce where the supplied hardware failed, this TV stand is about what I expect for the price. The finish of the partical board, while attractive, is noticeably thin. The packaging was adequate enough to result in only minimal finish damage after going through the UPS meat grinder.

Garbage!! Packing was horrible with no shrink wrap around to protect from shipping damage. Box came beat up and a piece was broken off from the main board that holds the tv also cracks from the cheap vinyl fake wood decal that covers the whole particle wood stand made cheap! The holes are incorrect for building as well. All those defects besides the holes are do to shipping!!!! I could've bought it at Walmart personally.

Got the TV stand today, and it was just what I was looking for. I came fast and the packaging was great (No torn up box). The assembly was quite easy and took about 45 minutes. It is sturdy and looks great holding my surround sound system and a few other things. The only thing that I wish it came with was some type of floor pads and Glue to put it together with. Not a big deal, Walmart was just around the corner.

This was exactly what i needed . I was nervous after some reviews but at this price i tried it and it came without any scratches and with all the hardware. There was some loose metal pieces on the wood that could have scratched the finish during shipping but luckily didnt.

We received the TV stand today. The instructions to put it together were clear. We followed the steps and had it completely put together in 2 hours. It meets our needs as we wanted a lower standing TV stand to place in front of windows so as to not take away from our view outside these windows. Very satisfied.

This is very difficult to put together. A majority of holes did not line up. The main problem is, the stand is so cheaply made that half of the veneer or tape that covers this stand was bent & peeled off upon arrival. I thought I could glue it back but no luck. I’ve NEVER bought a more horrible item from Amazon in my life! BUYER BEWARE!
