I believe it’s because of bad product planning and lack of some knowledge of this particular market and customers needsAlthough the quality appears good from viewing only Nevertheless lack of hindsight of the customers needs eg size and item fitting comfortable needed more research from an wider international and body mass perspectiveIt is in my opinion that if some adjustments are made through researching BODY size matters then at least the long short fat and tall will be met and this product will sellLook at the British and advise perhaps , due to lean fit of the garment , customers could be told eg close tight fitting ? To order a size larger to their size? Rg small becomes large , where large becomes extra large and so oneg 38 becomes 40 44 become.s 46 46 becomes 48 giving room for the lining / shoulders and Brest allowancesBritish best is long down from shoulders to rest on bum with across breast buttons up with out any struggle to breathUnfortunately your garment is none of thoseSorry
